I was sceptical of our seats at the bar for the James Carter- Holiday Extravaganza, but they provided a great view. I'll always trust the hostesses placement. The bartender was great with cocktails of strength of and flavor. Just a whine down of a hectic week. Cliff Bell's got Honey and I back to good. First time visiting, but we know it will not be our last. Thanks to the team!👏🏾

This was an amazing experience!! For years, I've been wanting to attend and no disappointment was found in the opportunity. The room itself felt like a speakeasy staring from the entrance flowing into a windowless dinning room. In the center of the layout was the bar with seats and tables all around. When the music began to play, the beautiful sounds were rudely interrupted by ignorant attendees on the opposite side of the room. So blocking them out was challenging. It's become a favorite to downtown Detroit's list of "must see"s. Planning for an evening here will not leave you disappointed!

Entertainment was very good, but the drummer was a bit overpowering.
Really happy with everything we had to eat, but the mushroom soup and the halibut were a step above, simply fantastic.

Great drinks and vibes! We didn't make it to a show, but we sat at the bar and enjoyed delicious drinks and chatted with the bartenders.
The atmosphere was fantastic, the musicianship was phenomenal, and we loved the performers, but the service was slow, and they completely forgot about our extensive order of Appetizers for a bustling party of 6 people. It was very disappointing, and the waiter was very slow to respond. Our check was $512 before adding the gratuity for dinner at a 7:30pm. show, including the $25 cover charge. But they could have billed another $125 if they had delivered what we initially ordered! The variety of food and quality was excellent, and the bar selections were unique and well presented, but our orders were not taken accurately. Again, our waiter was sub-par.

We had a beautiful dinner and a show experience here for our son's sixteenth birthday. Cara took such good care of the dozen people in our party that we really got to relax and enjoy the food and the music. Thanks to Cliff Bells for a beautiful night full of great memories.
