I ordered a Hazel Nut latte, the girl who took my order said she did not know how to make a latte. Another employee who was to begin her shift said I can’t make the latte for another two minutes. My shift has not begun. Then the Hazel Nut latte was made without the milk, which was added later, and the latte was cold. They did warm the latte in a microwave.
I would suggest never to order a coffee from this place.

I never check airport reviews since I’m usually just happy to have food or drink when I get off a long flight but wish I had checked this place’s reviews before purchasing. The employee who took our order was very kind but the drinks she made were completely wrong. My husband asked for an americano and received something foamy that tasted like a latte. I ordered an iced latte with one pump of caramel; the employee later clarified, while making my beverage, how much caramel I wanted and apologized for putting in a lot and offered to remake my drink. I said that would be preferred and then was met with a hot latte that ice had been placed in. I asked the employee if this was an iced latte and she said yes. I felt badly for her as I think she was doing the best she could but perhaps had not been trained properly on how to make the beverages. Was hoping this would be an alternative to Starbucks and their astronomical prices but will def be back at Starbucks in the future.

Poor, slow service. Only one employee handled both the register and making drinks, while someone who appeared to be the manager stayed in the back. The employee took out the trash and used her phone without washing her hands before continuing to make my smoothie. Other customers waited as she texted. The overpriced strawberry banana smoothie used artificial banana flavored syrup, not real bananas, despite real fruit being displayed on the counter. Disappointing experience.

Immediately upon greeting the staff, I was informed they had no espresso, the only thing available was black coffee... it's one thing to run out of espresso but you can't serve me any cream or sugar. I left without a word but I felt like I was falsely turned away.

I went here and asked if I could have a cup of ice. Was told they can’t do that. I offered to buy a drink from them if they could give me a cup of ice (I was going to add ice to my thermos). I was still told no and the reason was that “it just doesn’t work that way”. I’m baffled.

I came here from the Westin hotel. This coffee place is located in the baggage claim area. I got a blueberry muffin which tasted like cardboard.

No price tags for the bottled water. I also had a different brand of water on my $3.50 receipt from the one that I bought. Employee said that the water is indeed $3.50 and that they don’t have the brand they sold me in the computer. He was nice, but the business approach feels like a scam.

The barista that helped me was very friendly. The coffee was not!! It had to be burnt...bad. Unfortunately, I was too far away to complain once it was cool enough to taste. Wasted, undrinkable.
