It’s mold inside of my mother’s apple it was a something crunch Apple and I don’t know how long y’all had this out. This is unacceptable throw all your apples away at this point and make new ones. She love Stone cold I believe this is the first time hopefully the last was looking forward to eating at Apple

Cold Stone continues to uphold its reputation as a customizable classic. What stood out at the Greektown location was the attention to detail—the cookie crumble and silky chocolate mix-in combo was luxuriously thick, perfectly folded on the signature cold granite stone. The sprinkle-rimmed waffle bowl added a nostalgic crunch. It’s a crowd-pleaser that balances tradition with texture.

However, I would’ve preferred it in a cone like I asked for. The ‘waffle in a cup’ that was available was old and tough to chew on. Sadly for me this Greektown experience (to include Golden Fleece restaurant opposite Cold Stone creamery) was sort of a flop.

This is Not worth $9 Plus 3rd time is NOT A CHARM!!! I placed order online 3RD TIME ..... I ordered a waffle cone plain bowl. Get back to work and it's just this bowl of ice cream 😢 I called to let them know, but I couldn't immediately return because I was no longer on break. They offered to refund the waffle cone. They should have replaced the complete order. It defeats the purpose of refunding a cone when I ordered a full flavor experience. There should be an option of would you like your cone on the side or not. I would not order a cone with ice cream if I didn't want the 2 together. Maybe they will remember the cone if they actually put the ice cream in the cone. Refunding the cone alone just seems ridiculous. Refunding the cone alone is the same thing as my not receiving the cone at all.... The last time they dropped the cone do hard in my bag it cracked on the lid of my ice cream.

Very disappointed. I ordered ice cream and I got soup. I went back to show them and no one seemed to care. It was overflowing onto my hands and I had to ask for a larger bowl to transfer everything. Customer service is dead.

Came in 30 minutes before closing, ordered a shake and a specialty ice cream, and were there until they closed. Several customers came in and left after seeing how long it was taking the staff to get a single ice cream done. After we received our order we stood at the register for another 10 minutes while they slowly made another order. The other gentleman counted the register in our face and did not ask if we had been checked out or what we were waiting for at the very least. Would not come here again; lazy and slow teenage staff who do not care about customer service in the slightest.
Always good food. Came in around 2pm. The guy chopped the toppings well. Always crazy expensive for very little but that's expected. It was dirty in the waiting area with random cups and overflowing trash, random spoons and dirty napkins. Behind the counter looked clean so I wasn't upset about it. There were a few older guys catcalling women right outside the entrance... which made us all very uncomfortable.

Let me start off with the BAD ODOR as you enter this store. Some young people are heavy and need to BATHE. It smells like must, mildew and cold stone. Not a good combination. I only go here for a smoothie......they NEVER have bananas.....REALLY!!!!

Today, I drove to a location shared with Tim Hortons and was upset at the selection they had. This location saved the day. The day manager was AMAZING. I ended up purchasing a cake from this location because they had a huge inventory or ready made cakes. It was very last minute and I was able to get it customized and all. There was not a cake person on duty to decorate and the manager still took my request and made sure he did the best he could. I love the customer service I received today. Every part of this experience was great. Thank you ColdStone for always making me smile on my special occasions. I’ve been coming to your establishment since I was 12 years old getting cakes. Each and every one I get is perfect and tastes great. Your selection is amazing and I am very happy I chose this location. Thank you for all you do ColdStone day manager and employees on 8/31/24, you all deserve a Bravo Zulu!

The manger of the night was constantly yelling and making her employees do something differently. We were a group of 4 and I was completely finished with my ice-cream before my grandmother was helped. The young lady doing our ice-cream was asked by another employee if she needed help to speed up the process and she consistently refused. We were very disappointed as Cold Stone is such a good place in other locations. Overall not a good experience.

Disgusting service she wiped her noes and than stared scooping the ice cream with her fingers the place smelled disgusting and also the staff was not welcoming they don’t even wear gloves when making or serving the ice cream which I paid for and also threw away of how disgusting it was
