It's non-dairy, no processed sugars, gluten-free and very tasty. I will visit again.

Its on Canfield and not Cass for starters. This is more of vegan ice cream place. The ice cream is made with oatmilk and does not have the taste you expect if you're not used to it. Something and different for us. Great customer service.

On the soft serve: I have been fortunate to eat lots of delicious vegan ice cream! While I’m grateful for Cold Truth’s existence, I don’t love it. I can’t quite put my finger/tongue on what it is but the soft serve ice cream is weirdly a little flavorless. I appreciate the variety of toppings, and I’m excited to try their “hard scoop” options when they’re back.
On the sandos: now these are BOMB. We had one at the Detroit sandwich party, so I don’t know if the store front carries them all the time. But if you run across one, don’t hesitate!!

Delicious Vegan ice cream! Really happy to find this gem. Definitely worth visiting, the texture and flavor of their soft serve ice cream is top notch. Very friendly service too.
The mint flavor tasted like toothpaste.
Best coconut based ice cream I have had so far in the US!!! Henry was very sweet and he helped me pick the best toppings for my ice cream.
If you ever get a chance to try the lavender flavor I highly recommend you do so. It's positively delightful.
Vegan and Gluten free typically isn't my preference but in this case it was still delicious.
