Terrible iced coffee. Their prices for a cup of coffee is outrageous. They charged me $10 for a cup of coffee that taste like nothing when i ordered a Carmel latte. For two cups of coffee, I had to pay $20. That is absolutely not acceptable.
Rude service and order was wrong.
Staff is great. But coffee?? BLEH!! š« I have had gas station coffee that is much better. Second star because the staff was kind & helpful.
The barista didnāt take order during working hours it was 5 30 pm
Coffee isnāt bad, the worker needs some more training on friendly customer service. Awkward interaction during multiple parts of my order and getting the coffee. I was close to telling him he needs to learn to be friendlier or maybe find a different job.
Latrina, the only attendant in the shop during the morning rush, is a hero. Your manager needs to leave the office and lead from the front. Adjust your scheduling.
This location is the busiest as it opens before any other locations for breakfast in this terminal. So, the line at 5AM was long. Latrina, who worked as a cashier/ barista and sandwich maker, handled it best. It became clear to me that your scheduling needs optimization. You can't realistically expect one person to drive everything during rush hour at the airport when everyone is going to your spot for coffee and a sandwich.
The sad part to me is that 20 minutes into my wait in line. The manage came into the line. Immediately began nit picking at basic things. In front of the entire line. It made me uncomfortable and demonstrated a lack of leadership.
One thing for example which is just plain idiotic, because of the rush of people there was a line of receipts at the sandwich prep station. Which frankly didn't disturb the flow of the one person who had been there the whole time. Another one, the associate had just used the cream cheese to make a bagel for a customer. The manager took the opportunity to complain that it wasn't in the fridge.
What did the manager do? Instead of saying good job! How can I help? And jumping into the line, she went into the backroom and sat down. Instead of supporting the one person who's taking care of the customer, she took the opportunity to drill down the associate.
I did my best to say āgreat workā to the Latrina to get her hopes up. Because clearly she was demoralized after that. I hope leadership takes this as a free advice on how to hire right, schedule right, and retain right.
The barista made a wonderful latte
Worst coffee of my life. To top it off, recieved an over priced SEC (as expected in an airport) for $9 only to wait 20 minutes for it. After taking a bite, it was frozen throughout the entire sandwich. Asked for it to be rewarmed after waiting what felt like an eternity for the original sandwich, it once again was frozen. We asked for our money back for just an overall terrible experience from start to finish, and was told it was refunded but have not recieve anything in our bank. I guess the wait continues to see if we were properly reimbursed. Wouldnāt go here if I was starving and it was the only place openā¦

Had the worst latte and equally bad chocolate muffin. The muffin was smelling bad had to throw in trash, I asked her to warm it up the lady said she canāt coz she didnāt want to. Donāt go here, Save your money!

Worst place ever, I wish I can give negative stars. The server was not interested at all in attending customers. Served the Ice coffee in hot coffee cups. For such high price it was not worth at all considering the quality of coffee and service. Waste of money if you are going here.

Pretty mediocre. People working there didnāt seem engaged, couldnāt tell me what a āhalf stackā coffee was (found an old menu online showing itās 1/2 espresso + 1/2 milk) which is too bad because I probably would have preferred that to the weak cappuccino I ordered

Breakfast sandwich was cold and had iceberg lettuce instead of arugula. Iced Americano was great. Shop was understaffed (1 barista that was doing it all). Overall experience was sub par.
Only corn syrup creamer or 2% milk. No half and half or whole milk. No decaf coffee
