Called on 5/11/25 At 11:03pm for a quick meal and the lady that answered the phone was very nasty and rude. I no longer wanted to place an order and didnāt. Businesses should really take these things in consideration, why would I want someone to have anything to do with something I eat if they sound and act like they donāt even want to take the order. Itās bad for business and should be taken seriously.

The only Coney Island of the east side of Detroit that has good customer service! The women are very polite and respectful that take your order and give you your food. Absolutely my favorite Coney Island the food is always great and the service is always kind I couldnāt ask for anything else. Maybe they should train all of the metro Detroit Coney Island workers on customer service and care.
