Went here after a musical at the Detroit Opera House. Good atmosphere. Decent selection of drinks. Food is fried chicken in the back of the restaurant. We didn't eat, but many people were ordering and it smelled amazing. Atmosphere is like a warehouse. We enjoyed it.

They appear to be closed; the phone is disconnected. We stopped by at 4:30 on Saturday to grab a bite before the Jim Gaffigan show at the Fox, and it doesn't look like anyone has been there for a while.

Absolutely amazing food. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Very fast and great service.

Solid selection of bourbon, and some other whiskeys as well. And fairly priced too.Food is phenomenal. The waitress' words rang true, "It's a small menu, but it allows us to knock every item out of the park." Highly recommend the braised beef sliders.Great service too.

YELP never fails me and neither did this amazing restaurant!! From the moment I walked in all the waitresses were super kind and like genuinely kind and extremely helpful. The food was INCREDIBLE, I haven't had a burger that flavorful in forever and the Mac n cheese was perfection. It was creamy with the right amount of sauce and light j*** flavor. Just supreme! From the environment, service and food I give them an AAA++++++

Food and service was great! The employees really work well together here to help each other out. Everything we ate was delicious and flavorful! Portion sizes were more than fair. Started off with their dip appetizer. It was phenomenal! My half order of Mac & cheese was huge and really tasty. My Husband ordered the j*** chicken per the waitress's recommendation. So good! We will 100% be back!! Atmosphere here is nice and they have a small patio as well.

Came to Detroit for the weekend and the wife wanted a cocktail before dinner. Cornerstone is near our hotel so we popped in for a snack and cocktails. GREAT PLACE! Our waitress (she told me her name but I am writing this a few hours after our visit and I forgot, but she was amazing!) suggested the chips and dip. AMAZING! Naan with a roasted garlic and ricotta dip. Sooooo good! Can't wait to try duplicating this at home. I ordered their old fashioned and my wife got a Moscow mule. We both loved our drinks. This will be a regular stop when in town.

I suggested this restaurant as it was close to The Fillmore prior to a show [IDLES]. The staff were very accommodating and made nice recommendations. I didn't have it, but people raved about the homemade chicken noodle soup including my new friend for the show. I decided to have the Salmon BLT and it was fantastic enough to the point I question if it wild even though there wasn't an indicator, but it was certainly sockeye variety. If I go to The Fillmore again instead of trying another restaurant I'm going to suggest this one again. It's an easy walk over.

We had to wait 30 minutes for a table at about 5:00 PM on a Sunday evening. There are very limited choices but what we ordered was great; mac&cheese and sliders. It’s a very small place - the staff is friendly and attentive and the prices were good. Easy walk from our hotel (Whitney).

Absolutely blown away by this restaurant. One of the most delicious, flavorful and awesome places we've been to in a long time. We had the Mac and Cheese(next time we want to add j*** chicken to this), A Wedge salad, and the Braised Beef Sliders. The beef was so tender and cooked to perfection. The au ju was some of the best we have ever had. Everything was seasoned deliciously and servings were so generous. We are not leftovers people, but you better bet we packed up our leftovers in our cooler to take home and enjoy the next day. My father is a professional chef and I try to keep my expectations low, but after such an awesome experience here, we cannot wait to come back soon!!! My best friend and I came to town this time for a concert, but we'll be back for hockey in the fall/winter and this is absolutely our first stop. We are from Columbus. Also, another plus, this restaurant is down the street from one of our favorite artists who makes butterfly wing murals. Her name is Kelsey Montague. Her artwork is worth a look after enjoying a wonderful meal here. .

Just ok... They have a limited menu. It's probably great for lunch but not dinner. They do have a full bar area which is great for happy hour if you are in the area.

Great food and the m-1 sidecar drink is insanely good! Nice atmosphere, great waitstaff. We sat outside and this time, last time we sat inside. Both were fine, inside was a bit warm though

First time downtown Detroit in a long time and stumbled across The Cornerstone. The service was great and we all enjoyed our meals. The Chili dog Egg roll was amazing!
