If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely expensive and slow. Staff is probably overworked but not pleasant at all. Separately going to the kiosk to order and they even have the nerve to ask for a tip when ordering there. Who the heck are you tipping at that point, the computer? Stop asking for tips when you’re raking in the cash. Pay your staff!

Super slow, it is almost like watching paint dry. Very disorganized on a Sunday.

Wow what a waste of money and time. $26 cold cheeseburger. 35 minite wait. Walk back down and get anything else.

Do not eat here. They served me 100% raw chicken.

When I bit into a chicken finger I realized that only the outside edge had been cooked at all. Will update this post if I get salmonella.

So disappointed. I wanted to call them or write an email, but cannot find contact info. I was in a rush at DTW and ordered breakfast. The staff was very friendly, but the time to get the food was very poor. With so much time wasted, I was eating in a rush. After a while, a bite just didn’t feel right. I looked and my chicken tender was still raw on the inside. I went up to the counter to let the staff know, but was ignored for almost 5 minutes. While waiting, I observed the cook in the back using a chef knife to get a slice of bread out of the toaster. Won’t ever eat here again. So far no food poisoning, but it’s only been a couple hours. Very disappointed.

Over 20 minutes for chicken tenders from Sysco foods is way too long.

Me and several other customers went over to the counter and they told us they were not serving because they are on break. They were all standing, talking, and laughing while looking at us. Very Unprofessional.

This place takes way too long, the food is terrible and the service is bad. I don’t have a single nice thing to say about this place. If you’re traveling and hungry don’t waste your time here. It took them 30 mins to make a grilled chicken sandwich, he when it was finally ready they didn’t give me the chips it’s supposed to come with. Also there was 6-7 people I could see just standing around with no consideration of time.

The male cook was rubbing the shoulders of the female cook, in plain view of customers. Waited ten minutes on my food to begin cooking, after the back rub was completed. The woman who took my order had an attitude and acted like she didn't want to be there. Definitely would not come back, especially if I'm in a hurry.

Confirming the food sucks. Burger was ready in 30 secs but was clearly sitting in a warmer tray. So speed is good.
