Fantastic coffee & we so appreciate that you’re nut free! My teenage daughter has severe peanut & tree nut allergies and it’s very rare to find a place where she can get “fancy” coffee without the risk of cross contamination from nut milks/etc. I also appreciate the owner’s quick and thorough response when I emailed with questions. Highly recommend!
Yesterday received a package of the Zambia Kasama.
Even before grinding, the scent of blueberries was evident, and after grinding the chocolate smell came through as well.
Makes a brew that is still translucent in the glass carafe of the coffee maker, not opaque.
Brewing the coffee filled my kitchen with a pleasant smell off coffee, without any of the acrid harsh smells that can happen.
