If I could give 0 stars I would. For one, this place never answers the phone. I ordered a large butterfinger blizzard with extra caramel…. I got halfway through my blizzard and there was NO butterfinger or caramel. They never mix the blizzard all the way through to the bottom. This isn’t the first time they did this with my order but today I able to capture a picture.

They literally left the cheesecake out of my blizzard then refused to answer the phone. I even paid for extra cheesecake and extra strawberry. $10 for an incorrect order.

Gave me the wrong order. Took the item back and I believe gave to another customer. Nasty and unsanitary

Owners are stiff and not very hospitable, also the menu has become "corporate". They don't sell the polish sausages like they used to, just generic hot dogs.

Great little DQ close to my home. Staff is always nice and efficient. Always a crowd but the line gives super quick. Great outdoor area to enjoy the delicious DQ treats!

The new owners/new family came & changed the whole "Diary Queen" experience for me. & Not in a positive way. This place has been there for _many many years. & The previous owners energy, & service is what I was used to...& _appreiciated.
-- They've changed the chili.
-- They've changed the cheese.
-- They no longer offer "lemon" ice cream.
Which nearly ruined it for me, because "Lemon" is what some of us would drive past several other " DQs" for.
MOST importantly *to me* :
is the _way_ the new owners/new family/new people that now run it literally _exude_ a very foul but silent energy whenever I have patronized the location. Im talking every time. I have come once a year several times, & twice in a year_once, & got that same _silent_ yet _loud clear energy_EVERY time. Now; Im good on them.
Meanwhile, reading the comments; I can see that it was/is not _just me_ feeling this unwarranted energy they seem to have _absolutely _no _problem displaying towards us..."the customer$."
I don't even want that type of _energy_ in my food anyway...frim anywhere.
& As a "customer;" I simply can NOT GO where I can literally FEEL that the people serving me are giving me a bold vibe... especially not with food.
On top of the customer service, the blizzard wasn't blended at the bottom.
