Upon approaching the speaker, I asked if they still had the cotton candy blizzard since it's now approaching fall. The lady at the speaker said yes, so I ordered a cotton candy blizzard with extra cotton candy syrup. They gave me vanilla ice cream with a lot of sprinkles in a cup, no cotton candy flavoring, or any kind of flavor, at all. It was all just tasteless. If you don't have something then next time just say that.

They have poor service they don't know how to talk to people at all and when you get your ice cream it strange supposed to be on a banana split they never put you shouldn't have to ask for it it should come already on it but they mouth is reckless up in there and the The manager ice cream was melting real bad on a hot day he said he couldn't take it back we didn't even leave out the parking lot we asked for our money back cuz it just wasn't right he had to argue with us I told him I'm getting ready to call the police so I never go back there I can't rate them on no good service cuz they got bad attitudes

So it's been a minute since I've been to this location because I've been going to the one that's new that's off of 6 Mile and middlebelt. Needless to say I could of drunk this blizzard. I got a mini royal cheesecake blizzard and when I took the lid off after having it for 5 seconds from the window to my hands it's already melted. I went back to the window to say it's usually served upside down but in this case it couldn't be served that way(as it should it's a blizzard!) because it's liquid. She decided to tell me I should of asked for no lid and that only certain blizzards come that way where they are served upside down. Is this some new crap?! Since when?! Smh done with darrey starry whatever her name was. Back to the new joint.

The manager, Shannon, did an excellent job of resolving an issue with the wait for the customers in the walk up line and DQ should be prodlud tro have her an employee because you can tell that she cares about her work ethic. Of the blizzard is always good when I order one. If you have not tried it, order one with brownie bites, crushed nuts, and carmel.
The employees don’t pay attention to detail there. Missed my whole brownie. She took my order like she understood. Long ride to be disappointed. Fast service ig

I will absolutely never visit this location again the drive thru cashier was the worst. Her attitude was unimaginable because I asked her was the smoothie supposed to have whip topping. Not to add she never greeted me and after handing me my order she shut the window. Without asking if that was all or have a nice day. I had to knock on the window to get her assistance.

Always a classic. The ice cream is great. My only complaint is when you ask for anything extra, it doesn't seem like you get extra in it. I'm a simple man with simple pleasures. Royal cheese cake blizzard no strawberry filling, add extra cheesecake crumbles. Don't seem to get extra.
