Worst peanut buster parfait I've ever had. All ice cream hardly any peanuts or chocolate. Not worth the over 6 dollars I paid Will not go back. I'll save my money and buy from grocery store

--- This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The customer service was extremely rude. They messed up my order and then told me I had to wait, while making sure everyone else in line received their orders first. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that “everyone else’s order is melting” and I needed to step aside. I then requested a refund and was told I couldn’t get one. I will never support a business that treats customers this way. Poor customer service should never be acceptable.

Orders 2 blizzards and two kids icecream, waited 20 mins to order with 3 cars in drive through. Both blizzards were already melted before reaching my car, they forget a kids cone and also got mad when I told them about it.

Last night I ordered three blizzard Oreo, Reese cup, and royal strawberry cheesecake, all three were like melted milkshakes not as thick as they would normally be. I couldn't taste the cheesecake and I ordered extra strawberries they were sliced mostly at the bottom of the cup not throughout the blizzard. The blizzard was running all down the side of the cup. The cashier did wipe the cup when I asked. I only stay three minutes away. Those were the melted blizzards I ever had, we needed straws not spoon. It should have dawned on me that they were soupy the way it was running down the cup but I didn't think nothing of it. I normally get full off of a large blizzard not this time. Me and my kids were disappointed last night.
Sketchy area. Parking right to left of store. Felt really weird the location of the drive through and uncomfortable to be in there I went at night like 8pm ish! Or a little earlier … I got two blizzards a cookie dough mini for my daughter and a medium one for me that was the chocolate brownie one. Don’t look at it until I got home because I was trying gtfo there the sign is not light up dairy queen at all. I thought they weren’t even open. I got home the ice cream was just about melted blizzards are supposed to be thick and if you turn them upside down they won’t fall. No f way I could barely turn it slightly to side without it falling out, this was soft serve ice cream from a machine with random pieces of chocolate in it which I did not hit any brownie pieces until the absolute bottom the same was for my daughters definitely will not be going back my sister in law keeps raving about Dairy Queen like it was amazing so that’s why i tried it but it sure is not no thanks not worth the drive or money. Poor quality “ice cream” I wish I had taken pictures…. But then again I ended up not taking any because I thought it was not worth the time and effort. Ona aside note the young man was nice and pleasant when he gave me my order.

I frequent this particular Dairy Queen often. But lately I go over I get a large Royal cheesecake Blizzard with extra cheesecake and strawberries all the way down through the middle so that when I get my last bite I got strawberry ice cream and a piece of cheesecake. I usually pay $8 and some change for that but when this particular guy he's a short Arab guy or whatever he is that's in there, for the exact same thing he charges me almost $10 and when I get home I don't have extra cheesecake or extra strawberry in my blizzard. So if I could give them zero Stars I would.

They gave our order away and then had us repeat our order to 3 different workers before replacing it. Then, he admitted that a partial order left behind was the now serviced customer that took our food while we had to watch 10 people who ordered after us get their food. And they double assigned numbers which added to the confusion. ?? Normally service is great.

Not a fan of this location. Could not make a twist cone, instead just topped vanilla on one squirt of chocolate. Also did not offer the crunch mix, which is strange to me as Dairy Queen is known for dipped and topped cones. Will make the drive to another location.
