Don’t Eat Here this place is the worst place to order or pick up food if u call u won’t be service here they won’t even allow u to pay for meal once u arrive I’ll have the health inspector stop by this place very soon the food is gross and overpriced what’s crazy it’s most place talked about when coming to this side of the side if you know then you know not to eat here poor service poor attitude and customer service

I ordered 2 coney island hotdogs with no mustard heavy onion. The chili was not very tasteful (bland) and there were NO onions. Cashier was very polite.

I don't expect great customer service from coney island. I just want my food made hot and right. After today this place will NEVER get my money again. I can't say I have ever returned food to a coney but I'm pregnant, haven't ate all day and my burger was not fresh. I could tell by looking at it. I work nearby, called my order in while in the car, arrived in 5 mins and didn't have to wait and they want me to believe that burger was made fresh for my order. I took the full burger back and they refused to make it over. Said that he wasn't making it over give her her money back. I was not rude and surprised that he rather refund my money rather than make the situation right for the customer. To make matters worse I was on my lunch break so I couldn't go any where else. Definitely shows they care nothing about customers. Only reason I go to this one is because the Drive thru is convenient but NEVER again.

The food is good in the daytime but terrible at night! The ladies that take the orders are extremely rude! The night cooks can't cook, and even when you call in your order, they don't cook it till you get there! Thumbs down! They should be closed down

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The first time I went it was ok. But the second time, I called twice to order ahead and was put on hold for 6 minutes both times and no one ever came back to the phone. So I go up there and there are NO CUSTOMERS. It was empty. The lady at the register was high out of her mind. And when I placed my order I needed to do split payments on 2 different cards, and she didn't know how to do it. So she called the disrespectful man out of the back and he started yelling about not feeling like doing a split payment. I will never go back there. In fact I wish I could give them zero stars.

Stopped in to have breakfast this morning with my fancy bike and they wouldn’t let me in with my bike. Told them I couldn’t see my bike from inside the restaurant and that I needed to have it inside. They didn’t care. So I went down the street to Eagle Coney Island, which had no problem with me bringing my bike in.

Sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes, said hello a couple times, nothing. Drove to the window, lady with blonde buzz cut went about her business and completely ignored me after walking by multiple times. No signs or recording saying the drive through was closed or anything, just terrible customer service. Just ended up driving off.
