Sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes, said hello a couple times, nothing. Drove to the window, lady with blonde buzz cut went about her business and completely ignored me after walking by multiple times. No signs or recording saying the drive through was closed or anything, just terrible customer service. Just ended up driving off.

Today I passed 4 Coney Islands just to get to this one. Why you may ask? It's because the food USED to be fresh ?. I order the same thing whenever I go. I ordered a 6 wing snack and a Turkey salad with onions. I was on my way to work so, it was my lunch. I was SOOO disappointed once I opened the salad. It looked great from the top, but once I got passed all the cheese the entire salad was spoiled ?. All the lettuce was wilted. The egg was soft as Mayo! I ruined my ENTIRE lunch ?. I KNOW they had to see the brown salad, but instead they just put a handful of cheese on the top. My question is WHY would you serve this?? My bill was almost $23. As well?. My wings were fresh as usual. So, those were good. That's the ONLY reason you get 1 star. Because you ruin my lunch break I wish I could give them no stars. PLEASE Kings and Queens look through your salad so they don't just sprinkle a lot of cheese on the top to hide the spoiled food underneath ?????. I won't be back. I'll stick with Leo's from now on. $23. Of my hard earned money wasted ??.. I'll tell my sister NOT to come as well. Please be on the lookout people ??SignedHungry at work?Ps. The server was late was standing there waiting to order for 15 minutes the other lady getting off work acted like she didn’t see me nor acknowledge me. I ordered chicken wings and chili cheese fries… the fries were of course redropped fries the chicken was hot no hot sauce

Ordered on doordash received a maggot in my chili fries,
My first time going & trying to show love was a horrible experience. As you can see the holes at the bottom of my food container is from them putting chicken straight from the grease in there. The wing dings were small & there was still egg on my French toast. The bacon was greasy, that's the empty spot filled with grease, I had to put my bacon on a napkin to drain the excess oil. I wasn't pleased with my first & will be my last experience there, $18 wasted!! :-/

Corned beef is great.Chicken pita pretty good.Wish they had a chicken Caesar wrap on their menu.Also, I have repeatedly asked them not to put my food in styrofoam due to an allergy and they never follow that instruction.
I placed an order on the phone and it wasn't even ready when we got there and we had to wait 10 mins, might of been even longer than that and when we got the order the food and beverage was horrible.

So honestly, nothing special. You got the typical hood Coney Island with the bulletproof glass. I got a burger and some chili cheese fries. I feel like they can't mess that up lol. Looking at these review ratings everybody don't seem to like them like that lol. It depends on what cardiology go to, I totally get that. But either way it goes, I thought it was decent. I mean you going to get the rude people at the front register though, kind of a big deal with customer service but I get it. Personally, I would go back but only if there was no other option. It was okay but nothing major. The burger that I got, I feel like I waited a nice amount of time for it and by the time I got at the bottom bun was already soggy so that kind of made it a little bit harder to eat. And if it's a hamburger company you need two pieces of meat and a bun. So that kind of didn't do it for me. But the cheese fries, the chili cheese fries were dope!
