JOVANTE AT DELTA GATE C27 IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!! He went above and beyond for us today after missing our connecting flight from Detroit to Pelleston. Man6 phone calls later, he got us on another flight in first class and we couldn't be more thankful. Give Jovante a raise, he's a keeper!
Wow such a change in a year...very clean and friendly atmosphere TSA are amazing how fast you get through, specially now that you don't have to take shoes and belts off. Clean restrooms, clean restaurants all people movers are working
TSA and Delta agents are always so kind. We’ve had some pretty negative experiences with TSA being rude, impatient, and condescending for no reason at various airports, but never at DTW! Thank you for making the stress of traveling less stressful!
