Good music, whoever is managing the playlist has found that good balance of good music but not too much, ya know.
Tried a banana nut muffin which was good, they warmed it and I woukd get it again.
Now, the tea tho. This Marygrove Mint Lavender tea. Y'all. 🔥 This junk tastes like I'm walking through a garden of fresh tea leaves like Sen in Spirited Away following Haku. If anyone coming through I recommend try that fr tho

I'm not sure if they serve food but the wine that was chosen for me was superb. The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting.

I love this neighborhood spot!! It has a very chilled vibe. Excellent coffee drinks, (Detroit themed) pastries, and some breakfast sandwiches. There's a library and a room you can rent out, and enough seating to accommodate a nice sized group. The staff is knowledgeable and super cool! And it's owned by and ran by women! So it's a wonderful spot 😁

This is a really great community space for a solo trip, group project, or press conference. The staff and owner takes great pride in their service. This is the cleanest coffee shop that I have ever been in and the coffee is great.

I was visiting home and this was a spot I had never been to. Waaaay better than the average coffee shop and very reasonably priced! My ONLY “complaint” was that they had merch from other schools- but no Wayne State merch. I would have purchased some if they had. Even though I am WSU alum- it would be cool to see all the city colleges highlighted. Not a meaningful complaint- just an observation. I love this coffee shop and will be back next time I come home.

Such a cute hidden gem
It's been several years since I've visited Detroit but I love how the communities are coming together to revive the area! Coming across Detroit Sip was a real treat, from the beautiful murals that greeted me on my way into the shop, and the delicious, freshly made beverages I ordered. The staff is personable and they know their stuff! Solid 10 out 10 for sure!

Detroit sip is a hidden gem in the city of Detroit. The atmosphere of this coffee house is truly a vibe. The coffee was aromatic and flavorful. My banana nut muffin was warm, sweet, and delicious 😋. You can meet with friends here, study, or just sit and read a book while sipping. I purchased a couple of pillows with my high school alma mater M.L. King on them! It was truly an awesome experience, and I will be back!

I stopped in here to grab a cup of coffee, not realizing that they were closing in five minutes. I felt bad because I don’t like being that guy. But the barista was SO nice and made me a fresh pour over. The atmosphere is great and the coffee hit the spot. Totally worth checking out.

I visited Detroit Sip for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. The space inside is both spacious and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel, and it tasted amazing. What stood out to me most was the strong sense of community—so many people came out to support the business. The café had a great crowd, filled with laughter and good energy. I also appreciated being able to get some work done while sipping my caramel macchiato.
