Love Zingerman’s food and coffee, and the cafe is in a nice quiet spot, but the service I received at this location was sub-par. I asked to break a $50 so I could leave a cash tip, and when I checked my change afterward I was missing $10. Given the cold greeting I received from the staff, I didn’t feel comfortable asking the staff to double check their cash drawer. They’re getting a bigger tip than I intended, which isn’t the worst outcome at the new year…but it will make me think twice about visiting this cafe.

I can’t wait until 4am everyday to be the first customer at this cafe place in the airport. The employees are great conversational and engaging people. The coffee is always hot and made fresh right in front of every customer. I even do work from this location because of the atmosphere so I sit and enjoy my first couple of sips before heading out to inspect the terminal.
I had BEST experience and will definitely be coming back.
