Like Zingerman’s products but staff would not fill my travel mug, and customer service was low- No interest in my business, not engaged. This is not normal for Zingerman’s businesses.

Horrible horrible experience with one of the young lady's that work there. I visited on the 6th and the 7th and both times she was rude. Her named Ashley if I'm not mistaken. I wanted one of the other nice ladies I normally get, no luck these times. She yelled at me when she handed me cappuccino instead of a smoothie. Maybe if she didn't talk so much she can hear folks orders. If she's working I will go else where.

Skipped the ultra long McDonlads breakfast line this morning DTW. Not many food options open at 5:30am. Was pleasantly surprised to find this shop - extremely friendly service (a plus at 5:30am), and a very good coffee and croissant!

Walked up for a coffee and stood there for at least 3 minutes. 2 girls behind counter never even said hello or acknowledged me. I turned around and left and they never said a word. Just pitiful.

Forget Starbucks buy local. It is 5:40am and these ladies working today are so nice and genuine! I got a small hazelnut latte (crushed ice ) and it was so good; not sweet and the espresso isn’t burnt which I really appreciate. As a flight attendant and a former barista I’d have to say these ladies had great customer service. They started my day off right! Now for all those passengers, I got to make them their coffee now.

This cafe is a mini Zingerman's in Terminal B.What I like is this cafe is rarely busy. The other cafes can be jammed, and there will be no line. What I don't like is it is on the more expensive side (Zingerman's) for standard coffee shop faire. And, there is limited seating.

The food came fast and it was great! But the waitress that served me had bad customer service skills! When it was time to check out she put my card in the portable kiosk and just walked away and left it on the table! On the kiosk it asked how I wanted my receipt! I asked it to be printed! I sat there thinking she was coming back for kiosk and give me my receipt! She continued to ignore me and checked coffee and even checked her phone! All while I was looking at her! I had to ask another waitress to bring receipt!! It was only 2 people other than me dining so it wasn’t crowded! I don’t understand! Not, cool!!

The service left much to be desired. I understand that they were swamped because of the number of sheer volume of delays with Delta that day. But the to-go line was absolutely insane. I ordered the coney island hot combo. It was tasty nothing to be overly excited about but served it's purpose. The french fries were tasty and smelled good. The wait time was increased by the fact that the front of house cashiers were also trying to help with bagging and getting food out which slowed down the order taking and inconsistently assisted in making the waiting line for food move along.

They provide space for work with decent internet and phone charging. I charged my phone and was able to complete some important work.

Had a couple of loose which are loose hamburger in a hot dog but with chili, onions and mustard. At $6 each they are a good food deal at DTW. They do have a large menu but I went there specifically for the loose.
Just right coffee and real honey in a jar to use. Honey was just behind the register and not out front. Perfect!!

Booths and tables, a friendly wait staff. Lots of food to carry out if you don’t have time to sit and eat. The service was quick, the food hot and tasty. The menu isn’t as extensive as other locations, but there are still ample choices of breakfasts, lunches and entrees.

Travel to DTW almost every other week for business. Used this as a breakfast location if time allows. Used to be OK. In the last visit, it turned out that the food was poorly prepared. Ham was dry and tasteless - soaked in water for too long? sausages were totally burned. Service were very poor. Waitress were chatting for 10 minutes in front of other waiting customers trying to finish food and catch a flight.
