I had order pizza that was delicious to eat that consisted of ham, mushrooms, bacon, black olives, and mild peppers. I really enjoy the crust which had oregano and basil. In addition the person at the register was very nice and polite. They even took the time to answer some questions we had about the restaurant. Would definitely go back to this place again in trying there food.

The manager is very rude. When you are trying to tell them about your order that was messed up. She will hang up in your face. She did not want to hear what I had to say. when was regarding my food and my money not a good place to go I recommend the dominoes on Woodward instead of the dominos on Gratiot the Service was not good at all. I will not be back.

My sister got released from a rehab facility and dominos is her favorite place. She had been there since January of this year and I stopped to get her some pizza. They weren’t busy because I called and tried to order from the outside because my sister could barely walk. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes the first time so I had to hang up and call back. The person that answered the phone instantly put me back on hold so I had no choice but to go in because my sister had to take her meds. I went in and asked for the manager and she came straight out saying they were busy not knowing I had been sitting outside trying to order for the longest. She got real nasty with me and told me I should cook at home instead of ordering out not knowing this was a treat for my sister. I told her I was going to contact the owner and she stated she didn’t care she will still have her job. I never got my order and she called me all out of my name. Today is June 7th 2025 and this was about 7:30 -8:00pm this evening. This whole shift needs to be fired because everyone was sitting down on their phones until I walked in. It’s just sad. Poor customer service and I’ll never go there again. You go somewhere to spend your hard earned money and get cursed out. Unbelievable

The manager, Gladys is extremely rude and unprofessional! I ordered food at 6:30 PM that was not delivered to my house until almost 8:30 PM even though my app told me that my food without the oven at 7:05 PM. When I attempted to call to rectify the situation at the store. She retreated to yell and tell me that she was going to send the driver to my house to pick up the food and they will refund me whenever. When I try to have a conversation with somebody else they hung up on me and when I attempted to call back, they kept, hanging up in my face. I would not order from that store again because I don’t know if they would do something to my food or not. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who answered the phone, but he was not disrespectful. However, the manager, the person they put in charge was extremely rude to me and that’s not how a customer should be treated especially when they spend $60 !!

took 2 hours and never arrived ihad to cancel
-0 stars! I placed an online order @6:40pm. At 7pm the tracker showed Larry was leaving with my delivery; a text was sent too. At 7:25 the tracker shows order complete/delivered! The store is a 10 minute drive from my home. I had already prepaid and included a 25-28% tip. I called the store RE the NONDELIVERY and informed the driver had an accident. Me: I pray the driver is safe, but my order was not delivered. The man on the phone at location says, “what do you want to do; cancel your order or reorder”!? I asked if my order will be expedited and told I would have to wait 45 minutes! No, I would not be compensated because the manager says “Dominos has no control over the drivers”! The manager, Gladys was placed on the phone and was the utmost rude! Gladys screamed at the employees, while on the phone w/me, “what happened to the order”! I then say/ask, “you didn’t know your driver had an accident? I need you to refund my cc.” Gladys ask, “are you canceling”? Gladys disconnected and I called corporate; emailed corporate; chatted with the bot AND left this review! This is by far the WORST Dominos experience…. Sad, but they make it easy to stereotype!
