Domino's Pizza

I ordered delivery through the app at 6:44. It said the quality check was at 7:09. An hour passed and I called 2 times. One time I waited 6 minutes and no one answered, the 2nd time 10 minutes and no one answered. The 2nd time the "greeting" was changed to say that it was carryout only. I could not report an issue in the app because it was never delivered so my food is just sitting there. I am EXTREMELY disappointed

Ordered pizza for delivery, was told 30 minutes or less as I stay right around the corner! Didn’t get my food until 2 hours later and it was cold! I will never order from this location again!

I've ordered Hawaiian Large on Alfredo sauce, in store. It took about 20 min. But it did worth the wait. It was LOADED with topics! Special Thank You to the girl on the back making it, it made out night 👍

This place is a scam! They will take money and you will never see your pizza. Don't pay with your credit card. Better yet just go somewhere else.

Absolutely insane experience. Never got my order and waited on hold with the store for 2 hours. Been waiting for my order for 4 hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I placed an order online at 10 am for a 2:30 delivery on February 9th, not realizing that the system scheduled the delivery for the next day!! I attempted too many times to call and cancel the order. I stayed on hold forever and never spoke to anyone while the promotional ads played repeatedly! The only time I spoke to someone was when I chose the option to place a new order. I explained my dilemma and she transferred to me to store #1059. They never answered after she transferred me several times!!!

I never catch up using the free pizzas and points I get from messed up orders. About 50% of the time it takes hours to get. The phones don't work as I'm told by the manager when I reordered for pickup a delivery order that never came. When I was there another customer came in with the same problem I had. Hey franchise owner, get them some working phones! I think I'm done with this store. It's cheap pizza, the drama isn't worth it.

I ordered a pizza and it never came. No one answered. Corporate was no help. Stay away!

Update: It's now Tuesday and still no response and unable to get ahold of them on the phone. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Ordered a pizza Friday night and it never showed up. They have not answered the phone in two days. They have effectively stolen my money and no one will take accountability. Stay away at all costs
