Stopped here today only to be disappointed. Ordered the breakfast combo, asked for no bacon, and a donut instead of hash browns, paid extra for turkey only to receive sandwich with both, coffee was very bitter and tasted burnt, and was told no to substituting for donut. Sandwich was disgusting! cheese was like plastic, bagel was microwaved instead of toasted, egg was mushy, and the turkey was very dry and bland. Ended up throwing away after attempting to force myself to finish. Waste of time and money.

I’m reporting you guys to the health inspectors and to the FDA You order food and you don’t even get all your food When you get your food, it’s not even the right thing and it’s cold. The coffee is stale. Very disgusting. Do better or get better workers that like to work not ones that sit there and just do stuff to do it just to get paid y’all suck I hope you get closed down.

Ordered thru Uber eats. Ordered a large hot coffee, received a medium. They didn’t even really try to cover it up, just placed my order sticker over a different one. I visually know the difference between 14oz and 20oz. The government really need to get control of these corporations but that’s wishful thinking!

On January 21, 2024, at @11:32 AM, not a good experience at the DMC Dunkin. The service was at its peak of awfulness. The barista was on the phone during my order with her speakerphone, BLARING while speaking in her native tongue to a family member. Me being an Indigenous American, college educated and unbeknownst to her, I speak ten different languages, which includes her tongue. I'll say…mind your speech, Miss Lady! People are listening and this is not a good look.
The place was dirty at 9:30 in the morning. I'm talking about the food display cases, floors, tables... come on guys clean them. Coffee was good, the donut was old, and they had only 2 muffins the one they gave us was hard as a rock. How old could it have been. Dunkin, I love you but please!!!

Y’all are absolutely trash, I’ve been getting Dunkin matcha lattes from the highland park location and they do a great job with my drink every time. DoorDash recently changed the locating to this one and y’all ducking suck! I just got an image from my dasher and my cup is half way full, not to mention getting everything BUT a MATCHA Latte and it was all disgusting, go to turn a hobby into a career or something call y’all clearly hate y’all jobs.
