I ordered on the app like I do at every Dunkin and I click equal. When u came in the store the employees didn’t know what equal was…. I said it’s a sweetener they proceeded to put sugar in it 🤦🏾♂️

It was crowded evn though there were 4 workers. The one who took my order totally missed my drink order so I left the store with only my doughnuts.

So I use to like coming there they was fast and my order was correct.. no they change the whole crew members and the line be soooo long now and I went inside the lobby and I seen the employee drop a cup on the floor and she picked it up and place it back on the counter like she was definitely going to use that cup😠 I was done after that they definitely lost a customer!!
