I ordered on the app like I do at every Dunkin and I click equal. When u came in the store the employees didn’t know what equal was…. I said it’s a sweetener they proceeded to put sugar in it 🤦🏾♂️

I come here all the time at least 3x a week because I manage a law firm a couple blocks from here. The food and drinks are great but the customer service isn’t that good now. They never seem to keep the good ones for some reason. They had a young lady here who I haven’t seen in quite some time who would Completely change your mood when you walk in like your frown would turn into a smile she was so nice and polite I would go here because I know she would have something positive...
