Currently, my favorite watering hole downtown (one of several for sure). I can't get enough Elephant Juice and 313 IPA. Even better if you bring a traditional Mitsos gyro with you (across the street). The gods must be crazy putting so much decadence so close together.

Eastern Market Brewing is a great spot to grab some Detroit themed brews in Eastern Market. There is plenty of seating available, inside and out. Little fire pits to keep you warm on a chilly day. There are to-go options if you are unable to dine in. The employees were friendly & upbeat. Give Eastern Market Brewing a try!

Great local beer brewed on site... this is a must stop everytime we are at the Eastern Market. It's got a great all inclusive vibe with a good choice of beers. I had a sour that was outstanding.

The Eastern Market Brewing Co. is a great place to stop for a bit of refreshment on a hot day. We tried an IPA and the Same Old Lager and really enjoyed them both. The brewery looks great and the staff are friendly. Also nice place to stop after a trip to the Eastern Market. Recommended!

We came for the Sunday Eastern Market thing and forgot there was a Lions game. The entire area was jam-packed and simply awesome. This brewery had an atmosphere that welcomed us in and the beers were fantastic. The bartender was very helpful and chatted with us often, answering any question we threw at him. This will be our spot every time we hit up the market.

Excellent beer and cool ambiance, relaxing and casual. Stopped here after the Eastern Market, was a very short walk away. Nice variety of beers and we grabbed some cans to go, also. They don't serve food but there was a food truck outside and we had a great Bulgogi Cheesesteak.

Shop at Eastern market often, coming from across the Windsor Detroit tunnel and always make sure we stop at here. Place is just fantastic. Lots of of cold beer to stay or go. Patio outside is awesome and lucky enough to watch a live band on one Sunday afternoon. Side door from inside takes you out to ally way where there are tables to sit and covered to block the hot sun. Games inside to enjoy while you sit back and take a break from shopping at the market. Been in winter and just as much fun to warm up and relax. Clean bathrooms and nicely laid out..

Bartender (Heavier set blonde woman) was so rude, unpleasant, and full of attitude. She insulted my friend because he was asking about a beer and didn't know what a Kölsch was. This is not how you do business or educate new craft enthusiasts about beer. Took our tab and left.
