This was our first time dining at El Barzon and we had an overall STELLAR experience! The service was outstanding! The food was delicious - we love Italian and Mexican food and both types of cuisine were outstanding! It was my son's 21st birthday and we wanted a top notch experience and El Barzon delivered! We will definitely be back! Chicken Enchiladas and chicken Parmesan both fabulous! We had a wood fired pizza Marguerite as an appetizer - and wow!! It was the best......
The patio is absolutely lovely! My daughter and I were looking forward to fresh pasta, and it was certainly delicious! We ordered 3 different dishes to share. 1- The pasta trio was excellent, but only one ravioli was given. 2- The mushroom and veal ravioli were good, although definitely needed some seasoning. And there were only 4 on the plate! They were large, but still. One had obviously broken during boiling and the filling had mostly leaked out. That was 1/4 of the entree...
Food was very good but it was the service that brought me to write a review. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. This was my first time ever here and I will definitely be returning. Everybody was so kind, the outdoor seating area was beautiful and our waiter (I think his name was Alex) made the experience unforgettable
