Southwest Detroit is the absolute best!
This spot was a new trial for us, and in my opinion the best of the about 6 we've tired!
Both the Lengua and Cabeza are on point!
Super tender, rich, juicy with the right amount of fat.
They're doing its right with serving them con todo, with the radish, grilled onion, lime and roast chili on the side!
Both their salsa roja and verde were made in house with fresh and bright flavors, and with the right amount of kick!
Also, when you have a badass taco spot, your need a badass dually to haul the mobile trailer.
This just might be my new go to spot when I'm in town!

Loved it. I have had Taco Veloz inside the Marcus Market a few years ago and had a wonderful breakfast burrito. This was my first time at the Truck on Toledo and it won't be my last. Great Great Tacos!!!

8.5/10: amazing street tacos for a great price; will definitely return when around ————————— Stopped by a couple years ago on my way south from Canada looking for a quick but filling and delicious lunch, and I’m finally getting around to my review as I promised haha. This place was perfect. Was confused honestly at first pulling in cause the whole area looked a little sketchy, but I had no issues. You can order at the food truck but also go inside to sit down for traditional service.
Got three street tacos with all the fixings. USE THE sauces and lime for best experience. My favorite was the verde. They’ve got the portions fine tuned - just enough sauce on the side to go with my whole order.
Excellent flavor in all components of the tacos. The corn tortillas provided not-overbearing body and a nice chew texture; and the protein and veggie fillings were cooked to a texture that was juicy and tender but still done. Proportions between ingredients created a balanced and satisfying flavor, and everything was presented with care and beauty. I couldn’t imagine anything I’dda changed if I were preparing it myself.
Will definitely be back anytime I’m in the area!

Staff were incredibly friendly. I love that they have indoor and outdoor seating around the truck. I really enjoyed the pollo taco. The portion of meat was very generous and the cilantro and onion tasted so fresh! I’d definitely go back here. Reasonably priced too.

Saturday was my best experience going to that place. Excellent shot. Super big tacos On Monday I returned because the food was super delicious, we ordered some tacos and a carne asada cake. It was not very busy. It took more than 30 minutes and they didn't serve us. We decided to pay for the drinks and leave the place. When they saw that we were leaving, they started yelling at us about the food. When I asked them a few minutes before and the order was ready, they said we left it for a few minutes, we still have to go, my brother will return for the food, for my part, I won't be back because of the bad service, the food is super, I recommend it if you go for the taste.
