We had a large party there and were disappointed when the waitress wouldn’t let us move the tables together so we could talk. After the food was served she never came back to check on us. If we wanted drinks we had to go up front and get them ourselves. They ran out of lemonade so our options were beer or water. Pretty good Detroit style pizza but we won’t be going back.

$8-13 for a self serve beer is a bit much. Pizza was definitely not as good as the 1st time I came in (undercooked). 5 beers and a small pizza for $80 is a way overpriced. Love your beer, but not at that price point.

Food and place are great, but we had someone who couldn’t have cheese or the vegan cheese option due to allergies. All we did was request to get a pizza without cheese and they could not accommodate that and their reason was because they were busy….

Waited for 15 minutes in line before they started turning people away when there was plenty of room in the outdoor area. Their explanation for turning people away made no sense and they had no solution for customers waiting in line. Their decision was communicated impressively poorly. Definitely don’t have plans to go back.

Really cool concept and a great location with an awesome atmosphere. The Detroit-Style pizza is fantastic (especially since they tend to have new flavors out on a regular basis) and the self-service taps are extremely fun and very convenient.

Incredible!!! Creative spin on Detroit style pizza is a MUST try. Self serve beer taps let you taste test as many beers as your heart desires. Lastly this area is hugely convenient for street or lot parking for events! Put it in your gps next time you head downtown for a game or concert. You won’t be disappointed!

Another great venue by the folks at EMBC. The pizza is fantastic! The beer brings a wide variety of EMBC and Ferndale Project styles with a pour-your-own setup. The patio space is perfect and the interior feels spacious.
Absolutely love this place!!! They’ve always made amazing beer, but now they have literally some of the best pizza around! All the ingredients are top notch, no cut corners!!! Plus the staff are very friendly and helpful!!! The location is an extra bonus if you’re looking to walk to one of many event centers after a nice meal and some beers!

Management reached out to me and kept in contact with me through out the resolve of my issue. No excuses were made and responsibility of issue was owned by establishment ?. I now have a different opinion of my overall experience at Elephant and Company.

Food - drink concept - service all good ?! Parking and overall experience good ?! However, I believe my credit card was over charged - called to verify charges - was told that management would call me back two times - still waiting!!! (Also left two voicemails - nothing) Now I am angry ?!! Won’t be going back to any of their locations - word of mouth ? will be my new verbal review! ?
