Evening Bar

Such a small world running into our favorite person after we decided to have a night out and bar hop. Mario was absolutely incredible! The lights were a bit bright, was more hoping for a darker atmosphere for a bar hopping date night on a Sunday but overall what made the night special was Mario with his excellent service, fun and creative tiki drinks, and the platter! We will be back!

I haven’t tried the food but staff was great, and I want to go back to try their food. The atmosphere was great, a little loud, kinda cozy which i think how you enter contributes to that

We came to the bar in late November. Great atmosphere but the staff person gave us a drink that cost $65.00!! We were never informed of this!! SHAME ON ANGELIQUE H!!! Be careful when they say they will add something to your coke to drink. It was just a coke drink!! The liquor she added was also terrible!! Shame on the staff for scamming us. Also shame on our group for not checking the bill until later.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Evening Bar. I arrived to meet my son and, not realizing reservations were required, we ordered drinks at the bar and waited for open seating. After a large group left, we asked for the available table but were told to keep waiting.

While we were still waiting at a crowded bar, two walk-in guests with no reservation were immediately seated at a six-person table. Shortly after, a manager told us we could not continue standing at the bar.

The experience felt unfair and unwelcoming, and as a Black African American woman, it left me feeling discriminated against. I understand policies, but consistency and respect were missing.

Wanna great cocktails? This is the place! Want a great few small plates this is a great choice! Will be back ! NYE 7 pm and we waited about 30 seconds before seated !

Stopped here for a drink after dinner on tuesday january 6th. Didn't catch the names of the server and bartender but they were absolutely wonderful. Bar was closing soon but they made us feel welcome and gave us a lot of information about other bars open later. Both of them are absolutely valuable members of this team and deserve a raise.

Pretty cool speakeasy that’s worth stopping by for one drink. It’s behind the lobby of the Shinola hotel which you can also access through Parker Alley. They have a bit of a tropical vibe. The drinks were good and the service was outstanding

Not sure if it was the drinks we got but the one with the faygo float was just okay but the other drink I had that came in a Cat oil filter can tasted like rocket fuel. Neither of of could stomach it and considering the price of the drinks, this was a big let down.

Love it here. The cocktails are creative and well crafted.
The design and decor is perfect for an evening bar date night setting or a cocktail before or after dinner. Very chill, but small.

Service is a little slow but they’re very popular and busy so just have patience. They’re all friend and working hard.

Great atmosphere, Anna is a GREAT bartender

The Evening Bar ,is very cozy and a great place to cuddle up or meet up. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting the city .
