Atmosphere was great. The service was poor, had to ask multiple times for refills on drinks, the waitstaff kept staring at our table to the point where I asked the waiter what was so funny & why they were pointing & laughing. Very negative energy overall. Overpriced for the quality of the food. Extremely disappointed because it has potential to be great but after my first time experience, I won't be going back. 3/10
Jake was knowledgeable on the menu and was a great server! He went over all the appetizers, sushi, and main courses with us and provided excellent recommendations. Try the sushi tower.
We had a wonderful experience at Zuzu, the service, ambiance was top notch! Great for a girls night out. Jake was our server and he was very attentive and polite, definitely ask for him!

I visited Zuzu for my birthday celebration and it was Amazing! The restaurant vibe and music had me and my guests hyped up all night! I recommend this restaurant for a birthday celebrations or date nights! I will definitely be back!

Everything started out good the waitress took our appetizer and drink order. Came back and took our dinner order then it went down hill from there. Our food come out warm, it was impossible to get a refill on water, we order pop with dinner it came with the dessert. When they came out to sing happy birthday the waitress displayed she didn't want to be there because she held the cake like she was carrying a bag of potatoes we had to ask her to hold it upright. The lady next to us fell down the step and that was the end of our experience because we never saw our waitress again. I will never come here again

Horrible Experience! Our waiter was rude, untrained, and inexperience. He insulted us the entire night. I asked for the peanuts to be removed from my meal because of my allergies and his response was " The kitchen doesn't make any changes to meals, you will have to order something else". Every time anyone at the table asked for additional items he would refer us to the menu to look at the price before ordering. The list goes on!!!! Before leaving we asked for bags for our food and were told they didn't have any. At that point we asked for the manager and he returned with bags. I called to speak to a manager the next day and still have not spoken to anyone.
Sushi and drinks are overpriced. Food was kind of blah. Restaurant is beautiful and service is great though .

I really enjoyed my birthday dinner here. Our waitress checked on us often. We were greeted with a smile and heartfelt customer service. The ambiance is so unique, it’s incredible. You can tell they take pride in the small details. The only thing was that the food portions weren’t enough to get full off of. But that’s common for this type of cuisine

The atmosphere and the ambience were definitely a winner. We had a reservation for a party of 6. We were set right next to the door in a booth that was only meant for 4 people, the other half of our party was right in the walkway where everyone was walking through bumping into the back of us.I got the half chicken and it arrived 10 minutes after everyone at the table was already eating and it came charred, so I wasn't able to enjoy it.

i had a very good experience at zuzu we pulled up to the restaurant and they had the valet right out front it was $20 and they kept the car upfront so we didn't have to walk soon as we hit the stairs you see a nice vibrant sign we walked in the restaurant was decorated very nice the waiter took us to the table and we had excellent service the whole time. everything we ordered was delicious i felt like it was worth the experience
