Food was OK, it was a grab and go so there wasn’t much to talk about the service, but she was nice and polite. It was hard to find because the sign is different from what they call themselves online.

Highly disappointed. Ordered here from the app Too Good To Be True, for the end of day special. The surprise entree was supposed to be $15/$18 value, however the employee was confused on what to give, so she made a phone call and literally gave me one eggroll with mushrooms and peppers. The food wasn't good, the employee was confused, and it was overall false advertisement and wasn't worth my time and gas driving from the westside!! I really wanted to give vegan food a try, but never again!!

FAV is thee Best to get vegan food options in the city period! She delivers top tier meals that are created artistically with love and passion! If you are not vegan or fully vegan or even thinking about going vegan, give her a try for your transition because you won’t be able to tell the difference whatsoever! Her food is just that fire?? My son and I were traveling home to Indiana after a trip to Niagara Falls. He is vegan and this restaurant was recommended by someone. He ordered chili cheese fries and 2 eggrolls. We were on the road 45 min before he opened the bag and saw a small cup of chili, no fries, and 2 very small egg rolls. For $30, this was outrageous. He called the restaurant hoping to at least get some money back. We certainly weren't going to add another 2 hrs to our trip driving back. The girl who answered the phone insisted that it was his fault, he only ordered chili. He doesn't like chili by itself, so he 100% did not order that. She kept saying it several times, which really made me mad to hear. She didn't even attempt to apologize for the misunderstanding and emphasized he needs to make sure communication is better. What???!!! She was extremely rude in not even offering an I'm sorry and had no sympathy for the situation we were in. She needs to learn more about customer service and not insisting that the customer ordered something they never would have. Since we won't be back, it would've been nice if something was offered. Once he did eat the food, it was not good. I would not recommend this restaurant to any vegans. I hope you can rectify this and work on good customer service and your employee's attitude..

I will preface this by saying I'm not very picky or hard to please, but I was very disappointed by my experience here.
I walked in and ordered the chili cheese fries and 2 of the egg rolls. Everything seemed fine, the staff was friendly.
I live in Indianapolis and started driving home after getting the food, and it wasn't until I was about 45mins away I realized they just gave me a bowl of chili and the egg rolls.
Since I was so far away and had several hours of driving left, I couldn't go back so I called to see if we might be able to get a bit of a refund or something.
The girl that answered the phone was insistent that I told her that I ordered just chili and I definitely did not, I wasn't even aware they sold cups of chili and I'm not a huge fan of chili by itself so I wouldn't have ordered that anyway. Their solution was to "bring it up to my manager and make sure next time we are more clear on what you are ordering." Also said they wouldn't give me any kind of discount or refund or a replacement meal at another time.
The food was very disappointing, and like I mentioned, I'm not hard to please. I'll eat just about anything and I found myself only finishing the food so it wasn't wasted.
The chili was mostly just tomato juice and the toppings for the chili were incredibly scant. The cheese and chives were literally just a pinch of each, not enough to even notice you added anything when put together.
I got the Mac and cheese and Philly egg rolls. They were $15 and pretty small. I spent $29 total for everything and wasn't enough food to feel satisfied.
For "soul food", this was very bland and dissapointing. I was not happy with what I recieved for the price I paid. If the food was actually good I wouldn't have complained about the price, but for $30 bland food is not worth it.

THIS FOOD LIVES UP TO IT’S NAME. Finding great vegan options are not always easy to come by, but Fire Ass Vegan never disappoints! The owner is so kind and she genuinely cares for her customers. It show in the quality of her dishes. I recommend this restaurant to not only vegans, but anybody looking for some delicious food.

Fire Ass Vegan has the BEST vegan food that I’ve had and the vibes are always a compliment to the food. The crab cakes cannot be messed with and I say that with confidence. If you haven’t had you some fire ass vegan food them you are doing yourself a BIG disservice. I’m a faithful customer!
I absolutely love FAV foods! The owner Dasia is the sweetest soul! She has so much knowledge about vegan foods. The fried fish is my favorite and the cheddar BAE biscuits are to die for! If you’re ever in the WAYNE State area, check them out!

Hello I’m not vegan myself but the food was so good I had to leave a review. I ordered the vegan fish and when I tell you…..it was so good. The texture was perfect. It tasted better than real fish and smelled so good. I will definitely be back for some more.
