Service is super warm and friendly and smells are delicious. Unfortunately, space is super tight, so order to go or grab something from the fridge. Great for healthy options!

We were excited to try FAV because of the reviews. Service extremely slow! The QualiTea Chai took forever and was cold. They remade it and wasn’t ready until after we finished eating our meal. It did not live up to the $12 it cost. We ordered Everything Chopped wrap that was a wrap with a tiny bit of vegetables, no tomato. I think I paid something worth $2.00. We waited over half an hour for the Soul food egg roll and the Shawarama egg roll. I asked for status and the staff member said they “were frozen so it takes longer”. Frozen!! The just microwave the food?? They were too greasy. I am so disappointed I spent over $38 here.

The food is always good, but I didn’t expect for my egg rolls to be burnt once I got home to eat it. I was only given two sauces for the three egg rolls I ordered, so now one person doesn’t have one. Customer’s shouldn’t have to inform that they’re for different people when placing an order. At least one sauce should come with every egg roll automatically not to mention it’s in the smallest cup under half way filled. Over pricey for very small portions of vegetables. I’m livid right now because I spent &40 on three egg rolls, one bowl of chilli and one peanut butter cookie. I could count how many green onions was inside the container. One drop of sour cream, and maybe 10-12 cheese shreds.

I arrived when my order was still being prepared, so I expected everything to be hot and fresh. The eggnog was a delicious treat and the chili hit the spot. Unfortunately, the mac n cheese/yam eggroll was almost inedible and I couldn't finish it. It was barely warm, served in a pool of grease, the ends were burnt, and the mac n cheese was bland, so it didn't balance the extreme sweetness in the rest of the roll. I hate to leave a mediocre review for a vegan restaurant because we need more! But going out as a vegan comes at a premium (understandably) so it's important to know what's worth spending your money on. I enjoyed trying the eggnog and chili, but I probably won't take a chance on anything else after my experience with the egg roll.
