The food was fantastic, pastrami deluxe, corned beef and Swiss. Service was slow, but they're very busy. The hype surrounding the food is justified. Get it on an onion roll, you'll thank me later.
I waited for over a hour to only find out that I couldn’t place an order for a omelette! There’s no signs displaying what time breakfast ends! No signs saying where to place take out orders or dine in ! There was no type of accommodation. I also waited an hour for two coney islands ! Due to the kitchen being backed up !

We got there an hour before closing only to be turned away due to the kitchen being an hour behind. Drove 45 minutes to come and they are not willing to honor their hours of operation. To top it off, the person was rude and did not care to show empathy. Told us they would not seat or help us.

so, they are now on tic tok. that's their excuse for poor service. hello, if you wanted to get more business you prepare first. waited 30 mins, yes it was busy, but again, you plan for those time. poor waitresses, there were 2 that I saw. then, the bald guy. he needs to take a business class. then learn some manners. looks like some greed. they want the business but they are not willing to expand or get more help. don't care how good the food is. there are certainly other restaurants.

Food is good, but honestly upset about the outcome of Tik Tok users and the Chicken Caesar wrap. Frank’s menu says “Breakfast Anytime” but I was told I can’t order an omelet because of the viral sandwich so I guess it became a lunch day for Franks. What’s the difference from making an omelet and a sandwich!? Instead of a bigger dining space you all should've though about creating additional space for extra grills.

Checked online menu Chicken Caesar wrap 8.99 fries 2.99 in fact wrap 12.47 fries 4.15. I get inflation change your menu with current prices. Misleading!!!

First time there today. I ordered take out loaded fries, ceasar wrap, crispy chicken wrap, and coney supreme. Tiktok brought me here . I was excited to try. The food was overall good. The wrap was luke warm loke the timing was off, no big deal. However halfway into eating the fries i found a long light brown hair. 🤢🤢 i wanted throw up. I will never return again. Nothing worse than hair on food.

This is my first time experiencing this. It took way too long to give me my order when I walked in for a takeout order. Over 30 min. I suggest you call in because they prioritize those first. The man who takes the order does a great job, the man who is bald needs better service skills. A please and thank you goes a long way when you are speaking to customers. There’s no need to be rude. Busy or not, customer service should be a priority. I see why people stick to Louie’s Ham and Corned Beef down the street.
