Sweet man at the desk gave my kiddo a really cool star from an American flag. Snack, water, reclining chairs & wifi. Perfect for a little relax before hitting the air. Thank you!!

Says open until 10pm but as of 8 it was closed. This makes the please visit us announcements very saddening.

First time in DTW, decided to check out this place from the airport map before my next flight. Volunteer at the front desk was friendly, offered me snacks and very welcoming. It’s nice to know veterans and retirees are allowed inside, would be great if other airports throughout the country did the same. Hoping I have a longer layover someday to utilize this. Thank you for the hospitality! Will start to support this.

Was having a difficult morning so I stopped in. After a cup of coffee and some time in a comfortable recliner I found some stress relief!!!

I highly recommend for any and all veterans and families! Comfortable recliners rather than the uncomfortable airport seating. TV, airport schedules posted, food and drinks. And best of all, fellow veterans!
