Food is good, serving size/price is reasonable. Staff isnt very friendly, I've never seen them smile. I gave back noodles because they still were crunchy and they got so annoyed, talked back and continued serving customers that came after me. They refunded me after I asked them to. Wouldn't go there again.

15 bucks for a burrito meal. For 15 bucks this better be a kickass sandwich. No it was not big enough to feed a squirrel and was literally all sour cream. I couldn't possibly not-recommend this place more.

So damn expensive for some greens, decided to order protein one day which was like a $5 add on and they only gave me like two bites worth..... The only reason this place is open is due to the fact that its literally the only healthy option on campus.

I come to freshii all the time at school. I used to really like it, but now I don't even want to go there. The staff always claims to be out of ingredients. I have had multiple salads there that didn't have the right ingredients. I got a smoothie there that was missing ingredients and they had to be replaced. I spent $14 there last week and my salad and smoothie weren't made with the proper ingredients I anticipated. Besides the fact that the food is rarely made properly, the staff is incredibly slow. It takes a long time for food to be prepared. I feel like they don't care about their jobs. They don't bother to stock anything and that is why nothing is made properly. Don't waste your money.

Slow service, 20+ minutes per order during non rush time. Mostly likely under staffed. They were out of chicken over an hour before they closed. Friendly staff, food was consistent with other Freshiis I have been to.

Employees were not friendly at all. Me and another girl (both minorities) were kicked out and told us they weren’t going to serve us. I didn’t do anything wrong. I only walked in. Other people were being served but they refused to serve us.

Work provides me with a short break for lunch. I come here and wait over 30min for my order and see everyone get served but me. Apparently their system forgot my order even though I paid for it. Cashier did not apologize or offer any compensation. Therefore, I end up asking for my money back since my lunch time was completely wasted by the staff. I am never coming here again and suggest for people to skip this place if they want to actually eat something in their lunch time.
