“Warm, Welcoming, and Full of Irish Spirit”
The Gaelic League is a Detroit gem—steeped in Irish heritage and always full of friendly faces. While it’s technically members-only, anyone can join on the spot for about $30 a year, which is more than worth it for the atmosphere alone. The space is lively yet comfortable, with live music, cultural events, and a strong sense of community. Whether you have Irish roots or just appreciate great company, it’s a wonderful place to relax, connect, and celebrate.

Went for a traveling Irish band that played, thoroughly enjoyed the show. Everyone there was super friendly. It is a members only club if you want to drink.

Very friendly bartender. She made sure everyone at our table was taken care of. Typical atmosphere for old Irish club. Slowly they are trying to improve the services and atmosphere.
Parking: Parking lot is very small. God help you if you plan on visiting during a sporting event. They should consider validating parking in the paid lot if League lot is full.
