This is one of my favorite coney islands. I enjoy being greeted by the caucasian lady that’s always nice and polite. The night stuff is not my favorite they can be confused with orders and not as polite. When the caucasian lady isn’t there during the day sometimes the other employees can be not so friendly and greeting. But overall the food is good by the chefs that’s preparing it.

My first time trying Galaxy Coney Island… I was more than pleased. Great atmosphere! Every customer that came in seemed to know the lady behind the counter. She was nice, polite, and friendly to everyone I seen her interact with. When I began to order, she was very helpful telling me the meal deals they had available. The food was great, and the service was fast! I will come every time I’m in this part of the city!

I alway go here to eat omw to work. And everyday I'm greeted by a young lady name Angel she has exceptional customer service. Sometimes customers attempt to give her a hard time and she always say God bless you and continue working. The food is wonderful especially if the young man with the hat is cooking. My food is hot and delicious everytime. I don't know who's better they both deserve a raise if you all me. I'm not so crazy about the other ones. But the owner is blessed to have them 2 for sure... keep up the great work..
