Great place to eat a great meal and receive top notch service. David was our server and was amazing. He gave suggestions when asked, checked on us often and had fun with us. We literally had some belly laugh. Highly recommend!

Shout out to Adam our waiter, well done. Perfect attention without being too attentive. The food was TOP NOTCH as always. Lasagne was excellent, wife had the halibut which was perfect, and I had another special veal with eggplant and pomodoro sauce. Veal was wonderful. Dessert was impeccable yet again. The only thing that was negative was seating us closer to the door and my 85 yo mom gets quite cold at times. We didn't ask to change but it's something the hostess should consider.

Elizabeth was a fantastic server - her timing was great, she was friendly, knowledgeable, made great recommendations and watching her work with her coworkers, you could see she was a true team player, helping them out, holding doors for them, she truly care as about her job. The ambiance was excellent, we were seated in the wine room, which was a small area of the restaurant with a wooden floor, architectural ceiling, full wall fireplace and only 4 tables. A very cozy setting. The calamari was very good, the Tuscan artichokes were fantastic. The bread and Caesar salad (available with an up charge) were good, nothing remarkable, unlike the rest of the meal. The veal saltimbocca was super tender, you could really taste the quality of the prosciutto and the sauce was very flavorful. The dish came with a side of homemade pasta with meat sauce which was also very good. My friend had the angel hair pasta with pomodoro pesto sauce and said it was fabulous. The cannoli is a must, my friend stating it was the best she has ever had. I had the lemon custard tart which was also very good. Giovanni's has been around for a long time and for good reason. Highly recommend. Valet parking is a deal at only $5!

Excellent food and service - 3rd time we have eaten here in last 4 months and would recommend highly - sausage and peppers appetizer was great and 3 of us had the shrimp and tagliatelle pasta which was delicious and plentiful - the 4 dinner was the chicken and spinach dish and it was outstanding with flavorful sauce - overall excellent meal and service and definitely worth the visit

This used to be a favorite for fine Italian dining but we were very disappointed with the decline of this establishment. Food was still high quality, but the service was indifferent, and the clientele were lower class many dressed in jeans and casual attire in spite of the stated “business casual” dress code which obviously no longer applies. We were seated next to a table of intoxicated women whose loud cackling and obnoxious behavior ruined our anniversary dinner. Sadly, we will never return.
First time at Giovanni‘s. Wonderful food and service. Ambience was wonderful and warm ! Chuck, our server was wonderful and explained all of the specials in detail.

The calamari was the absolute best I've ever had. The Sea Bass special was wonderful!! Our server was knowledgable and attentive. You don't nind the price if the food was good, which it most certainly was. LOVED IT!
