The Detroit midtown location is an excellent bakery, we enjoyed the spinach and feta croissant, perfect interior texture (lamination for you hard core bakers!), great fill to croissant ratio. Simple vanilla shortbread was buttery and not too sweet, just the way I like it, and took home a semolina sesame loaf to enjoy, made fantastic toast and BLTs. If you’re looking for quality, technique and taste, come here!

Value for money isnt great here. Was excited for a bavarian pretzel, but didnt really get an authentic taste. I'd expect it for the price. Sweets over here are definitely better though.

The name and vibes of this place are unmatched. I can’t wait til summer to sit on the patio. I’m giving thanks to God for the brains and passion behind every crumb and morsel in this place.
