Stopped in for a quick bite and prices were a bit more than I could afford. I settled on the Harvest Orzo. Probably should have noticed bacon was added to request it removed. There were 4 squares of squash, plenty of orzo and a bed of greens. The flavor with squash was great but there weren't many pieces of it to call that the flavor of the dish. It was more like cheesy orzo. The staff was great. I felt welcomed. I know the food here can be great, this time sorry.
Stopped in for a cocktail and possibly dinner. It was unusally loud for not being very crowded. Sat at bar seats not cleared from previouse guests for quite a while before being acknowledged (bartender was not there at first, which is fine of course, but when he returned he chatted with some others and then left again before greeting us). It was probably only 5 - 6 min or so but thats a long time when its not busy. Once we were waited on service was attentive, but we just were...
Very cool nostalgic environment in what I believe to be an old trolly station downtown Detroit. The bartender was very helpful with the menu items & with recommendations from their selection of beer on tap; along with the craft cocktails. Highly recommend giving this place a try if your looking for some where cool to go on a random night!
