This is the worst Coney I’ve been to in years. Whoever, works the drive thru in the evenings needs an attitude adjustment. One time, I drove off because they kept interrupting me while I was looking at the menu! The second time ( last night) I specifically said no mayonnaise on my burger. She was on her phone and not listening. I noticed it when I pulled to the window. My order came back wirh mayonnaise. I came in and requested a refund, after waiting forever, I was told there’s no cash refund. What type of restaurant does that after their error? No signs posted! The burger taste like it had been cooked near bacon. The cook was sorry too! A dynamic duo. Save your money. Most of the food is Nasty, 🤮 just drive the extra five minutes to another one. I wouldn’t go in here for a glass of icewater. I’ll dehydrate first.

Food is delicious BUT I waited at least 30 minutes for two omelettes. Had to ask for our debit card back. We watched this lady that worked there and I’m assuming that’s who took our order, eat two meals during the waiting process. She never provided an update during the wait. It was a hot mess. Never going back.

Never again. I understand everything is going up in price, but I ordered a stack of pancakes, and they gave me ONE SYRUP PACK and told me I would have to pay for extra.

Ordered the 9 Piece only got eight pieces of misshapen wing dings almost no butter on my Texas toast. And my burger was smashed up balled up in aluminum foil, which totally flatten the bun. Burger was cooked good though.

First of all thank you for the great customer service. It takes a lot these days to find workers who come to work and who actually cares about their job. I came in thursday around 9:30pm I believe & The young lady assisting me with braces & a ponytail was very informative and polite I must say because it seems as though she was thee only employee available to take orders and she did efficiently and fast while still educating me on the items I asked. I appreciate small gestures like that because I don’t always know what I want. She knew what she was doing. You guys were a bit busy at the time but if she was overwhelmed I couldn’t tell. Very organized in taking everyone’s order and communicating with me how long it would be. I ordered inside but opt to pick it up through the line & it moved very quickly. Kudos for a delicious meal & service I will be back!

They have a midnight waitress name Day she’s young rude and have poor customer service when asked for management another guy stated there is no management and hung up! I don’t know exactly how this place is ran but what their allowing on midnights needs to be investigated

I usually have a pleasant experience at this location, but today was different. I had a very uncomfortable and distasteful interaction at the drive-thru window. The young lady assisting me had braces and boho braids, and unfortunately, her attitude was unwelcoming and made me feel extremely uneasy. This was disappointing, especially since the women I usually encounter here are kind and professional. I hope management addresses this, as customer service should be consistent no matter who is working.

Y'all lazy asses can't make a corned beef quesadilla? It's really easy... Take a Reuben pita but instead of a pita put it on a grilled tortilla and cut.SMH don't worry fam, looks like a dodged a case of diarrhea anyway.
