Came for Chilli cheese fries. To go. Edited my order to a chicken dinner. For an extra $9 my fries were upgraded to the chicken dinner. The chili was not good, the cheese was bare, and I couldn't eat the chicken because it was soft and mushy. Called to speak to the manager, explained, was put on hold and was hung up on.

I ordered a salad added extras for my salad to have extras on it that I didn’t ask for. Spent $20 for them to tell me they can only compensate me for the extra toppings I added. I will never return. Customer service is very terrible no matter the time of day. I will drive right past them to the next coney and I live directly around the corner from them.

One of the best that has corned beef omelets that is so delicious and you have to try it with hashbrowns fried lightly with some chilli over the hashbrowns with some ketchup!! With an XL coffee and their coffee does be HOT!!

Today i ordered a grilled chicken Greek salad through drive thru got home and they made the wrong salad and i took it back and yes my salad was right but he used the wrong onion it's supposed to be purple onion not white so disappointed ??

I don't know what's going on with them now but this is the steak salad that I received july 8th 2025 and it's sad because I drive past all the coneys in my hood to come here cause the food slapped fore the price .. now it's.?.. and I'm slightly mad but chalking it up as a loss.. do better yall

Being a secret shopper, it helps you to understand a lot of different things that people do in restaurants. I went to this restaurant and ordered two meals ask for specific things and she repeated it back to me just to get home and didn't have it. When I called to inform her of this she said that I can come back up there. Mind you I traveled aways just so I can try this food. When I told her I couldn't come back she then stated to me. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? That was poor taste and poor attitude. The customer service goes a long ways when you're serving food. That makes a person enjoy it better when the customer service is well.
