I asked for extra crispy chili cheese fries and my fries are soggy after the chili and cheese was added , so disappointed after I ordered inside and expressed how I wanted extra crispy fries, makes me not want to go back if you can’t satisfy your customers. As you can see in the picture my fries are not crispy at all SMFH.

My coneys were yummy. They taste better than many of the other Conery Island restaurants.
This is my second time getting food poisoning from this Coney. They have fallen off tremendously! I ordered a grilled chicken salad and was sick within an hour of eating it. I was given old lettuce and you can tell looking at the bottom it’s bad! Mind you I got sick right after eating it! 20/10 would not recommend unless you want to spend the day throwing up like me.

July 17th, we ordered the gradys omelet, didn't get the white toast and asked for the hash browns to be crispy, ordered grandys breakfast special #4, eggs over easy, they were over done and also asked for order of fries and didn't receive them. Never had a problem before, order was on point. Very disappointed 😞.
