Yo....why was I waiting in the drive thru at the window for 40 mins. I had to blow the horn and ask about my order. The lady start asking me what was my order. Wow. Then she ask me did I pay already. YES!! I would've been pulled off had I not paid already. The lady tells me the lady who took my order, left. So my food was ready 30 mins ago. Just sitting there. Nobody knows anything. I got no apology, served a container of cold food. Just ridiculous service. I will never go back there. That service is unforgivable.

I always stop by late at night to order breakfast. The food is always good! I got a ham, egg & cheese sandwich and it was delicious. The ham was a lil thin.

On 11/14/25, I experienced very poor customer service at your drive-thru. The woman taking my order was extremely rude, and I should’ve taken that as a sign to leave. When I got to the window, she didn’t say anything she just flopped my food in the window once it was ready. I waited for her to tell me my total or set up the card reader so I could tap to pay, but she never did. Instead, she turned away and began talking to another employee. I sat there waiting, but the reader was never loaded.
I didn’t feel like dealing with that kind of energy anymore, energy is transferable. However, I would still like to pay for my order because I don’t believe in cheating anyone. However, I will end up spending more on gas than the food cost.
This was my first time. It's unfortunate the customer service was poor cause the food actually good.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe with chili cheese fries… When I tell you there was NO bacon on my burger… Not only that, they cut it in half… Since when did they start doing that?? Called in to inquire about the issues and was told, relayed from the cook on duty, that it was a “random thing” and there wasn’t a specific reason why it occurred. How don’t you know and YOU prepared it? This place used to bang but it has fallen off so bad… Their breakfast is decent but who could really mess up breakfast… I will not be ordering here again and I would advise future unbeknownst patrons to do the same.
