the light skin guy took payment told me my food would be ready in 5 min I walked to the gas station and came back they tried to double charge me. my friend was paying for the food so I didn't get it. not paying twice. just to get treated bad by my so called friend when I got back. every dog has their day.

After 17 yrs gone from Michigan I came back and ordered a LG pizza with many toppings yesterday. It was overcooked, crust hard and dark, no darn cheese. we looked for the cheese, found a spot or two. picked up a slice and all the toppings fell clean off. of a warm pizza. The pizza was tasteless. Where is the darn cheese?That explains quite a few things. I was hurt by this one. Never would I imagine Greg's would produce something that disgusting. That's it for me

I would rate this place zero Stars if I could. The service was absolutely terrible! I walked in and started the counter for approximately 7 minutes will three young brown skin ladies sit there looking at me one playing on the phone to talking with each other. After the time one of them finally walked up to me and was like you need something? Didn't ask me how can I help you, didn't say would you like to place an order? Said "you need something?" If I could highlight the unprofessionalism and rudeness with the customer service here I absolutely would. I proceeded to order a few slices of pizza. The response was no were sold out. So I inquired if they were going to make more slices. No they sold out at 2:00 in once they sell out they don't make anymore. This is a pizza place mind you. Why wouldn't you make more pizza? You mean to tell me in the 6-hour time frame at 8:00 p.m. you can't produce another pizza? No wonder this place has such terrible reviews.

I went in there last week something like that and the young lady tall slim brown skin with Bergeny hair was so very helpful kind and very nice hands down she is the best cashier I’ve encountered there she is very soft spoken and went above and beyond for me but the other a few days ago the short angry young lady seen me standing there to busy running her mouth talking about here coworker rude and very unprofessional she be on her phone she pick and choose who she wanna give something free to and don’t have patients I saw her arguing with customers she also to the best cashier I like to don’t let them talk to her any way and you see she be going off I saw her she has a nasty attitude
Ordered a pizza lastnight from Greggs got home about 8:30pm and this is how it looked called lastnight thinking management would understand I leave in Westland and not driving back to deteoit called back morning of 8/8/2024 and Tia and the guy whose attempting damage controll and act like someone is trying to get over on a pizza ... so I hope yall check your pizzas before you leave the staff and PIZZA ARE TERRIBLE! This is the NEW MEAT LOVERS AND THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE!

Good service. Expensive ribs and quality has decreased. They put too much sauce on the ribs. I suggest that you get the sauce on the side. Still good food, but not as good as it used to be.

I love this place sometimes. Mostly I am disappointed. This last time they were food in the phone when I placed the order. Told me 25-30 minutes. I checked in when I got there. They said it wasn’t ready. I waited about 30 additional minutes. I again went to the counter. They gave me a dirty look (apparently I interrupted their conversation). They said , oh yeah that been sitting here for a while. Get home to a pizza that had a different pepperoni than they normally serve. I called to ask if they changed their pepperoni. Again for the bad attitude. After that I decided to cut my losses and go somewhere else from now on.
