I had high expectations of this place, as it’s one of the “best” in Detroit. I loved the service of cocktail (had Sun Catcher), and then had scallops. It’s totally overpriced - $38 for 3 scallops?! Even at Michelin it would cheaper. I found it ridiculous. Service took ages to get us desserts and check, though the place wasn’t even full. For such prices I’d expect something more.

Sensational. Exceptional food, drinks, service and vibe. Had the Fried Oysters, Octopus Carpaccio, Burger and Scallops. Everything perfect and on point. The Nduja sauce for the seared Scallops was unreal. Highly recommend, and the proximity to Little Caesar's arena makes it a perfect landing spot before an event. Will return!

One of the best restaurant experiences that I’ve had since moving back to Michigan, probably the best experience so far in Michigan. Let’s talk about it..-Atmosphere-This place has a very nice ambience. It has dim candle-lit lighting, upscale seating, and chic decor throughout making it perfect for an intimate dinner with a loved one. The seating has plenty of space and most of the fellow patrons were dressed up for a high end occasion. It’s giving luxury romance and sophistication, very nice atmosphere!-Service-The service that we received was immaculate. The menu and drinks were explained thoroughly as menu items can change every two weeks so there may be a whole new menu if you make your reservations too far in advance. The server was amazing and guided us through the custom cocktail list, all of her picks were amazing. Some things changed on the menu and I requested something that I saw from the previous menu, they accommodated me and even had the chef bring out the dish and explain his preparation process. Top notch service!-Food-The food was executed perfectly with great seasoning and flavor and was brought out fresh, hot, and with upscale plating techniques. The portions were surprisingly large and the food was incredible! They made sure to follow our dietary restrictions and had Halal items on this menu as well. I was very impressed.-What went wrong-There was an empty glass bottle under our seats where we were seated. Small gripe and was removed immediately so it wasn’t a big deal but it was there. There also was an issue with the shift change that caused our meal to come out late. The server was nice enough to bring us out a few orders of her favorites, made sure we wanted for nothing, gave great conversation, and even threw in a dessert for us. Unbeatable service that really made us feel welcome and well treated. This one is a must try in my opinion, especially for date nite. 4.7/5 flames highly recommend and will definitely return!Dietary restrictions: There are Vegan and Halal options on the menuParking: $20 for parking and a short walk but well worth it.

Brought my mother for Easter dinner today I’ve heard about this place but never visited. We enjoyed ourselves but there was a-lot to be had that could have been better. My mother ordered the country fried chicken and it was honestly really dry and overcooked. When I tried her food i thought it was tough and stringy for most of the chicken besides the middle and the mash potatoes that came with it were way too buttery. However really enjoyed the new smashed potato’s that was on the menu said they had a good unique taste. I had a burger it pretty darn good but just a little too juicy for me I couldn’t eat it without feeling like a slob and having to wipe my hands every minute. All in all we had a okay meal I can’t say it would be a place I’d soon return but if someone suggested and really wanted to go we’d come back.

Amazing. We didn't have reservations but thankfully there were 2 seats at the bar! The experience at the bar was not lacking. Our bartender (I think his name was Ash) was awesome!!! He was so descriptive when I inquired about a couple of dishes and he was very attentive during our visit. The drinks were delicious and the food was great. Grey Ghost definitely lived up to its reputation.

Parking: Parking is pretty difficult in the area. The nearby parking areas were $40, and run by amateurs. Ended up guiding me into a space and scraping my bumper. The Porsche they helped park after me ended up backing into a concrete barrier. Would advise parking farther away and walking over

Came here on a Friday night around 7pm, didn't have reservations and managed to get seats on a table top near the bar. I was happy to see they had mocktails and I recommend the lavender crème one (forgot the actual name), because it tasted like a creamy pina colada crossed with an orange Julius. We got the octopus torchon which was thinly sliced octopus on a waffle. The ginger aoli sauce really shined and we practically cleaned the plate! The roasted turnips was also very tasty and refreshing. For our mains we got scallops which I thought would come with 4 scallops from the other pics on Yelp but disappointedly only came with 3. Cooked well but I wish it had more for a sear on it. The star of the dish was the spicy njuda sauce. I'm not too tolerable to spicy but it was done just right. It had the perfect kick and made a great pairing to pure scallops. The ny strip was cooked via sous vide so it would've been hard to mess up at medium rare. It had a side of oxtail(?) hash brown? Our server James was polite and knowledgeable of the menu and gave good recommendations. It was VERY busy and we saw he had several other tables yet still checked in with us at very well timed intervals. We didn't not leave wanting. Ambience was loud and hip. Parking in this neighborhood is a nightmare. I wish they had their own lot but unless you park far away in a structure, you can park next door to the restaurant for a charge or $40!!! Those parking attendants are also swindlers. It really put a damper on our night out because they kept telling my husband to "pull up, pull up" and didn't care to see that our BMW sedan bumper was about to scrape on the parking cement block!! They should be getting the damage bill! They clearly just wanted to pack the cars close together for maximum profit.

We had brussel sprouts, lamb ,and linguine. The linguine was amazing and fresh noodles. The brussel sprouts were amazing. The lamb was well seasoned but could have had more food. We left hungry, but the food tasted
