Terrible service. Ignored the entire time. Gave me a menu but never returned to take my order. Don’t waste your time.

Very poor customer service....attempted to place an order over the phone but whomever I was on the phone with answered while simultaneously had a conversation with a coworker. After a few attempts of placing my order I just decided to hang up the phone and try elsewhere.
I mean I know hotel restaurants are bad but 40 minutes to prepare a salad… Geese…

Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. 1 day of breakfast and 2 days dinner. Breakfast was decent and staff was very kind. The hotel manager came into the restaurant and greeted each table (hats off). Dinner on the other hand was not such a pleasant experience, the first day it took roughly 25-30 minutes for anyone to come out from the back and take my order, others also complained about the wait. Day 2 I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and received a grilled chicken sandwich. The waitress just said it must have been her fault and apologized, but nothing was done to attempt to fix it. My waitress was back and forth running the bar and all tables clearly the restaurant must be understaffed. The food was good both days and the waitress was exceptionally nice. That’s why I gave 2 stars.

I decided to try this restaurant as it was in the hotel and I wouldn't have to go out. I got the fillet mignon with whipped potatoes and asparagus. The fillet mignon was amazing. It was cooked just the way I liked it. The asparagus had a sauce drizzled on it, I'm assuming a balsamic type, and it just paired so well together. The potatoes were soft and flavorful. I also had a lava cake after everything and it was just the perfect thing to wrap it all up. The service was amazing and the place is very well kept. Would highly recommend.

Had a late dinner there of Mango spicy wings which were too sweet & cold and Potato skins which were cold and bland. Service was slow. Iced cream cookie with vanilla iced cream was great, but probably only because they’re the same great, fresh cookies served at the front desk. Pizza seemed to be popular but I didn’t try it.
Breakfast buffet the next morning was much better. Service was also pleasant and much better. I’d recommend the breakfast buffet, but not dinner.

My experience at this establishment was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Andrea and Julie at the bar. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, taking care of us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Not only did they serve us promptly and accurately, but they also accommodated our request to stay a bit longer, making our visit truly memorable. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel valued and welcomed. I highly recommend visiting this place and experiencing the outstanding service firsthand. Thank you, Andrea and Julie, for an amazing evening!

We had a funeral today and used the hotel to host the repast. After the ceremony, we decided to have drinks and apps.First of all the hospitality was second to none. Pam made a killer Bloody Maria along with all the other specialized drink requests. We ordered wings, potato skins and flatbreads. Everything was served fresh and delicious.Definitely a great place to relax after a hard day.

I was really hoping the food was going to be as delicious as their picture, but unfortunately I'm going to have to claim false advertising. Blackened chicken pasta was more like soup. I bet there's one slice of a tomato chopped up in there. Restaurant was dead to too so there no reason not to make it how it should be.

Went in at 8pm on a Monday night and no worker was around. When she did show up around 4 mins later, apparently it was an inconvenience. She handed me a menu and stared at the TV, "OH my shows on, what channel is that?" She went to the back, as I looked at the menu. I picked out what I wanted, but wasn't interested in waiting any longer for her to get back. I left to eat elsewhere.
