I’m not sure why DTW airport is allowing a business with such a poor standard and low quality food to remain open in such a busy part of the terminal.
In the morning , they charge almost $20 for one wrap , and they don’t even honor their menu as items listed will not be on the wrap , simply because “they are out of stock”, which seems to be the every day excuse.

I understand is the airport prices … but then it should also be good quality food if you are charging that amount of money !!!

Awful, poorly made $20 sandwich microwaved molten lava hot with three nasty pieces of turkey, one slice of cheese, and two pieces of spinach. Plus the $4 fountain drink that was mislabeled at the machine. Even for airport food, the price gouging and poor quality here is unacceptable. Had to eat here because despite lights being on at all the other dining places in this little food court area, nothing else at this end of the terminal was actually staffed and fast enough for my short layover. Nice enough people working there I guess, but severely understaffed as it was one woman and a man coming in and out.

Understaffed and overpriced. Payed nearly $50 for 2 awful turkey sandwiches and drinks. This place is the only fast option in this area. It should be criminal.

Pick ANY other place. On the menu the very few sandwiches choices sound decent, but in reality they are way over priced for very little meat on a hot dog bun. 3 sandwiches, a salad, and 4 drinks were $98. The brisket sandwiches were so terrible that I actually returned them, which is something I have never done before.

Apparently it's closed at 11:25 AM on a Monday despite looking very open. I guess customer service is not required at the airport.

Good service, most overpriced airport sandwich I've ever had.

Are you looking for an overpriced meal that makes you think you should have just stayed hungry? Then this is the place for you. Worst food I’ve ever had in the airport, person at the cash register seemed upset the whole time we were there and the $20 beef brisket sandwich I had was AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE. Eat anywhere else!

Ranks with the worst thing I have eaten in an airport. Turkey sandwich over $17. One thin deli slice turkey, one slice white cheese. Microwaved so hot the bread was tough and the cheese adhered to the wrapping. So much sauce that it ran out of the wrapper and was a drippy mess. Could not eat it. I tolerate a lot, but this was maybe the worse I have had.

I eat a lot of airport food, this is by far the best I've had in a long time. The attendant was friendly and efficient. The chorizo burrito was one of the best I have had anywhere. It was so big and full, chorizo nice and spicy. Delicious!

STAY AWAY. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS PLACE.Eat anywhere at the airport but here!! Most overpriced. I got the Nashville Chicken sandwich with apple coleslaw for 20$. In reality it's a few pieces of chicken on a hot dog bun barely seasoned and microwaved. There is no apple or apple flavor in the coleslaw. The chicken is dry and the bun tastes stale. There's more quality and quantity in a subway 5$ sub. Absolute thievery.

$17+ for a turkey sandwich that was pre-made and not even fresh, with a couple pieces of turkey and cheese. Service was lacklustre at best. Airport companies need to do better! This is horrendous.

Besides the breakfast chorizo burrito being $17 and heated in a toaster oven, it is genuinely disgusting. The paper stuck to the edges of the dried tortilla, the scant chorizo has an off-taste. There was a single chunk of HOT avocado. The worker was very nice though!
