If you are a non-smoker, just stay away from this place, do not even think of going to this place. When you open the door it is like entering a stale ashtray. The place simply reeks of cigarette smoke. This is really terrible and very unpleasant.

Was in Bajhrain and staying at Diplomat. Remembered this place from previous visit.Its close by and does what it says...Old fashioned pub with good food. Only bad thing was it had a live band the night we went. Food good and service very good.

I witnessed a Saudi gentleman racially abuse the staff here. "Donkey" and "Dog" they called the staff. Shouting abuse. They were drunk and disorderly. This was not acceptable by the Radisson Blue hotel. The Manager supported the Saudi and allowed him and his friends to continue to drink. I raised a complaint but the Manager ignored in favour of the wealthy Saudi. No care or consideration for the abuse to the staff. Managers just concerned to there Saudi custom. Apart from this it's a nice pub but not recommended.
