the food is okay. however I do think that they're charging people whatever they want to because their menu and their prices aren't adding up I asked for a full slab of ribs and he told me it was $29 but on the menu it was $24... also I don't like the fact that they just have random people coming in it just walked into the back because I know all of them aren't workers so why are random people just walking in and out the back of your store...

I went to Happys Pizza on Woodward Detroit. Every time I went they always messed up my pizza. I paid for a pizza with three toppings either they get the toppings wrong or they leave off toppings. One time when they try to fix it, they put the wrong toppings on. I just gave up and took the pizza home. This pizza I ordered some people would think it’s OK but they added pepperoni which I did not ask for and I do not like pepperoni This has happened several times in a row. I understand they’re busy, but maybe you should hire more people if you can’t handle the amount of pizzas that’s ordered and get them right

I ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken on top. They said it should be ready in 15 minutes. I go down to our building lobby, and I'm waiting and waiting, and no delivery. I call them and they tell me they forgot to add the chicken to the salad, so they're making another one. I didn't get my food until 12:28 PM, and I called at 11:26. Then, I call back again to pay for the salad, and they hand up on me. I didn't hold the delivery driver accountable, because it wasn't his fault, but I will NOT be back!

Ordered a Deep Dish Pizza and it was NOT DONE, I can taste the dough and it’s over filled with pizza sauce, customer service is trash especially when ordering over the phone the YOUNG teenage lady sound like she wants to fight and rush the call. Will never order from this place because a bunch of KIDS work here and playing games with the food.

I ordered a pizza and wing combo. Website says $19.99. when it was delivered, I was charged more. Then the order was wrong. I asked for beef. They put bacon on it. I don't eat pork for religious reason. I called them back, let them know, you could hear an employee in the background talking rudely about me. They said they would replace it. They never came back. When I called back, again, the supposed manager, Nene, lied and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about about and that her shift just started. I'm pretty sure sure was who initially took my order. Furthermore, the store was then about to close. Why would she be just showing up for her shift? They are RUDE, they STEAL and LIE to you. This business is a joke. Don't waste your money. Don't order from here. If I could give zero stars, I would, but Google won't let me.

Before you go here prepare for your credit card information to get stolen!!! I came to Happy’s pizza for food of course. & I noticed a pretty young staff, which is always alarming. They had people walking in & out of the kitchen, they had somebody kids in the back yelling & screaming. & of course that’s a big huge red flag!! But more importantly nobody had any kind of uniform on!! So I’m not even sure who really works here. But that’s not even the point. I went here & 2 days later, I got a *fraud alert* from my bank!! Somebody tried to buy a 700 dollar watch from the internet. Luckily for me always keep my cards locked. & I’m almost 100% sure it was Happy’s pizza. Because I only bought two things using this specific card. when I went to Happy’s the little girl asked from my card. & I thought that was weird. Because every establishment I go to. They just tell you to tap or insert your card. So basically what I’m saying is she took my card so I couldn’t see the card reader because most likely they had a skimmer on it. & the credit card I used, I only used it twice. & if you know about skimming you can’t really get any information if The client uses the tap method. So that leads me to Believe that it was happy pizza. Somebody in there is a scammer for sure!! So if you’re gonna go here, lock your cards after you go here.

This place will take your money and give you garbage! I got off work needing a bite to eat so I tried ordering a calzone! I called ahead and asked for light baked, long story short It was blacker that me and then told me to tell me if I had it they can replace it! Some might ignore me and think I’m just an upset customer but I’m trying to spit the truth! This was my favorite pizza place as a kid now they suck!
