They changed their bread sticks. Resembles just sliced pizza dough. Unremarkable bread sticks lacking flavor. Quality is inconsistent. Customer service quality is up and down. Drivers always nice. But they are extremely slow for delivery.
The young lady who answered the phone was so Mazing and polite. She literally singlehandedly changed the negative fire of that happier pizza with their customer service. Great job.. Ahe going to go far with that wonderful attitude.
Too much to post, but everything could use an improvement. The lobby was freezing. I called my order in 20 minutes before arriving, and it still wasn't ready. My order wasn't correct either.
