Quality of the food is declining, this is my second time ordering pizza recently that is dry and cold. Also they overcharged me on my delivery order from the original emailed order placed online. Will not be buying from this location anymore. Very disappointed.!

If I could give one star I could. They literally have rats running around. Place is nasty, and I would not let my dog eat out of there. The owner is just as nasty as where they prepare the food. He refuses to do anything about the pest. On top of rats the is barely any meat on thee sandwich. If you want to chance of having your food exposed to rats, paying way more for acsanwhich with more tomatos and bread then meat, and an owner who doesn't care, then and only then would I suggest eating there. Mr. Jimmy tries, but it's the owner that does not care. Eat here at your own risk. You've been warned!

They just can not get my order right, for example lite cheese and extra sauce, when getting a pizza for my elderly mama. 3 times in a row.
Usually our food is fresh , hot and right on time. I order here at least 3 times a month. Today at 3:40, I order a pizza and wings online for my boys, got the email stating 15 MINS. Lady calls and said no wings so we just got the pizza and she again reminded us it would be ready in 15 mins. Somehow they never made our food. My son gets there(just had to drive my car not his)waits over 45 mins for the pizza. I tell him to get the money back I have to be to work at 5 , she proceeds to tell him it’s almost done. He waits another 15 mins. I told them to give him the money back I have to work. This man tells him no. No refunds. Like how when we don’t even got the food yet? So make someone wait over a hour and 15 mins after I placed my order to be ready ahead of time online. she called and told me 15 mins. We waited over a hour and 15 mins for 1 single pizza. They made a mistake and didn’t drop our food now I had to call off and get 2 points because of their mistake. This isn’t right at all to deny someone their money when they didn’t even receive the proper service then make them wait as if they don’t have anything else to do . Couldn’t even give me an explanation on why we had to wait that long when I ordered it online.Then the man hangs up on me, being rude and didn’t have anything to say but calm down . This is my job you’re jeopardizing because you forgot to drop our food then made my son wait by not giving him the money back so they could have got food from somewhere else and I could be at work right now. I’m missing out on $200 for a $15 dollar pizza 😢😔ill never patronize this happys again. Terrible Service👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
