We arrived at 430 on Thanksgiving . It wasn't even that busy yet. We ordered the three seafood platter with crab legs, and she didn't tell us they were out of crab legs until she set the platter down in front of us so we didn't get the opportunity to order something else but we did get a credit for $12.  The women's restrooms were in horrible shape. One stall was out of toilet paper. One stall had a broken lock on it and the toilet itself was shaky and there...
Harbor House has a perfect lighting scheme for someone like me who enjoys a more relaxed atmosphere when dining. All of the dishes are seasoned just right, and the crab legs are generous in size and filling.
I had a great experience overall at Harbor House! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We actually showed up quite a bit earlier than our reservation (scheduled for 8:30 PM, but we arrived around 7:45), and they were kind enough to seat us right away — definitely a plus for great service.
